At 6'5 300, Smith explodes off the line</em> and can work from level to level to provide huge lanes for his RB.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I'm just as impressed with his work in pass pro. He's quick to adjust to pass rushers and can consistently provide lots of time for his QB to work with in the pocket. We're going to have to keep track of him moving forward. He's quick to process, can get the ball out fast, and has thrown some precise, accurate passes in the clutch. We're all going to have to keep track of McWilliams going forward. He's quick to get off the line of scrimmage, easily gains separation from DBs, and has a set of consistent hands he uses to haul in passes all over the field.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Monroe is also great at adjusting to plays. He's terrific at getting himself open when his QB is under pressure, always providing a great safety outlet. He's an every-down threat with the ball who can turn upfield for big gains on the ground and also deliver accurate passes all over the field. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Defensively, Bailey is an instinctive LB who constantly finds himself near the ball. Bailey is quick to get downhill, easily works his way around blockers, and meets the ball carrier for little to no gain almost every down. He's a talented route runner who consisnetly gains separation and makes huge plays after the catch. I'm really impressed with how Yelder can shift and change his direction in the open field. He's an electric playmaker outside.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Yelder also brings a ton of value to special teams as a returenr. He's terrific at finding lanes and using his speed to get upfield and put the ball in great starting field position.
