As the regular season winds down and playoff races heat up across Texas, several quarterbacks delivered statement performances under the Friday night lights. From clutch comebacks to efficient command of high-powered offenses, these signal-callers showed why they're among the state's rising stars and proven playmakers. Here's a look at this week's Big Steppers who put on a show.

Morgan continues to impress as one of the top young arms in the Metroplex. The sophomore was sharp and poised, completing 12 of 17 passes for 257 yards and a touchdown, while adding 31 rushing yards and another score. His dual-threat ability kept the Lewisville defense off balance as Guyer rolled to a 47–21 win. Morgan's confidence and efficiency are growing each week as he continues to help lead one of the area's most balanced offenses into playoff contention.

Rivers had a great showing in Duncanville's 34–7 win over Mesquite, throwing for 251 yards and three touchdowns. The senior was efficient and in control from start to finish, spreading the ball around and keeping the offense in rhythm. Rivers' strong performance helped the Panthers get closer to the district title in 11-6A, as they prepare for another postseason run.

In one of the most electric performances of the season, Bey put on a show in North Forney's thrilling 56–55 win over Longview. The Tennessee commit was unstoppable, rushing for 243 yards and four touchdowns while adding another score through the air. His speed, vision, and ability to take over games make him one of Texas' most dynamic playmakers. Bey's leadership and playmaking were on full display as he engineered a furious comeback to keep North Forney's momentum rolling.

Hackney continues to show promise as one of the state's emerging young passers. The sophomore threw for 215 yards and a touchdown, displaying maturity in the pocket and confidence pushing the ball downfield. His poise and touch make him a name to watch in the 2028 class as his development continues.

Harn was outstanding in Reedy's 40–21 win over Frisco, carving up the defense for 315 passing yards and four touchdowns. The senior showed great rhythm and decision-making, connecting with his receivers on big plays throughout the night. Harn's production and leadership have Reedy trending upward at the perfect time heading into the playoffs.

Zingleman continues to rise as one of the top sophomore quarterbacks in the state. In a dominant 35–0 win over Flower Mound, he threw for 314 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his big arm and accuracy. The dual-threat talent has been peaking at the right time, giving Coppell a major spark heading into the playoffs. Zingleman's confidence and command have helped elevate an already talented Coppell offense.
