ARKANSAS HSFB: Week One Scouting Report

<p>After an impressive opening week, we continue our weekly scouting reports. We will provide detailed analyses of key players to watch and highlight potential risers or promising prospects who may not have received much attention so far.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1622773' first='Christian' last='Henson'] is a prospect to watch this week at center. He displays solid initial quickness off the snap, getting into the defender's body and driving. Henson has solid velocity on the snap exchange. He was useful on jet sweeps and vertical routes. Mitchell is a solid route runner. He poses a significant threat after the catch. He attacks the short-to-intermediate levels of the field efficiently. Laycock displays solid hand-eye coordination and body control to adjust. He rushed for 132 yards and one touchdown. Hawkins was patient and let running lanes develop as he showcased solid burst when attacking downhill. He can evade early penetration due to solid lateral quickness, COD, and balance. They face Joe T. He's a stout, defensive tackle who can stunt off the snap due to his quickness. Mitchell can plug gaps and running lanes, causing traffic and making plays at the line of scrimmage.
