The Fayetteville Bulldogs have become known for having a high-powered offense over the years, and that looks to be the case this season. Fayetteville opened the season by hosting the Cabot Panthers. Hendrix did not disappoint this week. He threw for 475 yards and four touchdowns. Hendrix threw the ball with impressive accuracy and is a player to watch as the season progresses.

We have been watching [player_tooltip player_id='854260' first='Braxton' last='Canada'] for the past few years in the Prep Redzone camps. In varsity action on Friday night, he showcased the ability to consistently create separation from opposing defensive backs. Canada hauled in all three passes thrown his way for 104 yards and three touchdowns. He is a wide receiver who I expect to build off of the momentum from the opening game of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='424570' first='Trevion' last='Greer'] is another prospect who is ready to blow up in his senior season for Newport. He is a patient running back who excels at finding the best rushing lane and exploding through the hole. Greer had 13 carries on the night and racked up 247 yards and three touchdowns in the process. Greer is setting the stage for a big season for the Greyhounds. He is a player to watch out for throughout the 2025 football season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1206783' first='Jordan' last='Harris'] is a player to watch out for on both sides of the ball for the Hornets. However, this week, he lit it up on the defensive side of the ball for Maumelle. Harris had 12 tackles, four sacks, 15 tackles for loss, and two pass break ups. Harris is a prospect who can completely take over the game on defense. He is a prospect to watch out for as National Signing Day gets close this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1301127' first='Wesley' last='Tapp']-Quarterback-Conway-6'5” 220-Pounds-2026

[player_tooltip player_id='1301127' first='Wesley' last='Tapp'] is a signal caller who has performed well in camps going into the 2025 football season. On opening night, Tapp did not disappoint. He put up solid numbers to open the season. Tapp was 13 of 26 for 407 yards and three touchdowns through the air. However, he was finished; he added five rushes for 18 yards and two touchdowns. Tapp is a player to watch out for this season with the Wampus Cats.

[player_tooltip player_id='1173104' first='Carter' last='Wallace']-Running Back-Valley View-6'0” 204-Pounds-2027

[player_tooltip player_id='1173104' first='Carter' last='Wallace'] is a patient running back who just gets stronger as the game progresses. Wallace is able to shed tacklers and get into the open field with ease. Against Poplar Bluff on Friday night, Wallace found the end zone four times for the Blazers. Wallace is a player to watch out for as the season progresses.

[player_tooltip player_id='1283002' first='Austin' last='Riggs']-Wide Receiver-Van Buren-6'0” 191-Pounds-2026

The Van Buren Pointers always have wide receivers who can carve up opposing secondaries, and this year is no different. [player_tooltip player_id='1283002' first='Austin' last='Riggs'] does a great job of using his crisp routes to create separation from opposing defensive backs. Riggs hauled in three receptions for 116 yards and two touchdowns against Alma. Meanwhile, he tacked on 13 yards on the ground on one rushing attempt. He has the potential for a big season with the Pointers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1532731' first='Trey' last='Stewart'] has the potential to have a big season for the Tigers. He has no problem exploding into the second level. Stewart makes opposing defenders miss tackles with ease. Against Springdale, Stewart had 22 carries for 148 yards and a touchdown. Stewart is a major college prospect to watch out for over the next two seasons for the Tigers.
