The 6'3"/180 two-way playmaker comes to Centennial holding three D-I offers from UNLV, Idaho, and Texas St. He brings great upside to the secondary in his natural length and range, can come up and tackle from the third level, and shows his athleticism with the ball in his hands. He's a physical, hard-hitting defender that closes space aggressively downhill, takes efficient angles of attack, and shows his range as a middle-field safety. Shows great ball skills on offense at WR and can make plays with the ball in his hands after the catch. Totaled 41 tackles (20 solo) and 4 INTs as a sophomore. The 6'/180 DB out of McQueen has flashed promising upside in his coverage skill this offseason and showed his physicality as a tackler in his time on varsity last season. Has a strong frame for his SS spot and looks comfortable in both man and zone coverage. He's a lengthy, athletic defensive end that's flashed promising range out on the edge and looks physical in the run game. A full season of junior film should give us a better idea of his level of skill and development for our next round of evaluations but the physical traits offer great potential to build on. He's a powerful defender that can displace offensive lineman behind his stockier frame and moves well for the size and mass he carries. Does a good job of driving off the ball and locking out his arms to create a push off the ball.
