Windermere Football Has Recipe For Success

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There is no getting around how competitive football is in the state of Florida.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>No matter what division you happen to play in, there will always been obstacles on the way to winning a state title.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the Sunshine State, there are numerous ways to wear a crown at the end of the year, so instead of dwelling on wins and losses, which is something that many have long been occupied and obsessed with, developing and getting student/athletes on to the next level is an objective for many.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>At Windermere High School, veteran head coach <strong>Riki Smith</strong> knows all about winning district and playing for titles. He has been around long enough to know that building student/athletes – in and out of the classroom is a winning formula that works all the time.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Whether an athlete plays at the next level or not, what Smith, his coaches and administration have been about is making sure that what happens academically will win out in the end.
