Tavares Is A Team To Watch For This Season

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When the 2024 football season came to an end, Tavares head coach <strong>Gavin Jones</strong> and his staff sat down to review a year that ended without a post season playoff game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With a 7-3 record, the Bulldogs made a run at getting to the post-season, but fell short, finishing third in the competitive District 6-3A race.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>What last season was about early on was a defense that kept the team in games, yielding 98 points and posting three shutouts.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>That defense comes back in 2025 with several players returning, but the big difference will be the experience on the offensive side of the ball where the team average 30 points per outing.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With spring very much under way and the summer ahead, there is plenty of optimism that this program can achieve
