Jones is lifting 256 pounds on the squat, 165 pounds on the bench, 155 pounds on the power clean, and has showcased his speed running a 4.7-second time on the forty-yard dash. Meanwhile, from an offensive perspective, he is a patient runner who has no trouble allowing his blockers to create rushing lanes before exploding through the hole.
