2026 Rankings Update- Alabama's New Top 5 Prospects

WE ARE BACK! As May comes to a close, we thought it was time for us to update our 2026 Rankings, and man, do we have some things in store for y'all!   Today, we are taking a look at our new Top 5! These guys are ELITE talents in the making and are going to have huge seasons this fall. With that being said, let's get started!   (As always, please make sure to watch their film below. We have so much talent here in Alabama that you won't want to miss!)    [player_tooltip player_id='401085' first='Cederian' last='Morgan'] has become one of the top WRs in the entire nation throughout his time at Benjamin Russell, and he's only just getting started.   "Morgan has been a matchup nightmare for almost every secondary he's faced over the last three years and shows no signs of slowing down. At 6'4 220, Morgan has great size and plays with a ton of speed and physicality out wide. He's a threat at every level of the field, has reliable hands, and can highpoint the ball to bring in some tough-to-catch passes over the tops of DBs downfield. Morgan is extremely productive after the catch- he's fast, can change his direction effortlessly, and consistently finds ways to create huge gains with the ball in his hands."   All of those skills were on full display last fall, Morgan ended the year with 70 receptions for 1162 yards and 14 TDs.   Morgan has become one of the most highly recruited WRs in the nation and currently lists Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Florida, Clemson, and Colorado as the schools he's interested in.   Check out some of Morgan's tape and you'll see exactly why he's our No.1 player in the class- the sky's the limit for a prospect like him:      [player_tooltip player_id='1051656' first='Ezavier' last='Crowell'] has reclassified from the class of 2027 to the class of 2026, and with that, is making his debut as our No. 2 player in the state.   Crowell is a rare talent who can do everything at the RB position. He's extremely fast, has tons of twitch, and can easily turn upfield and make defenders miss for massive plays on the ground. On top of his speed, Crowell is a physical back who shakes off defenders like they're nothing. He's strong, runs hard, and has elite contact balance he uses to always stay on his feet despite big hits.   Currently, Crowell lists Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Florida, Florida State, and Texas as his top schools. Crowell has stated his commitment announcement will be late in June, it'll be exciting seeing where he lands!   Crowell ended his sophomore season with 168 carries for 1964 yards and 31 TDs, and 9 receptions for 258 yards and 2 TDs through the air.   Check out some of Crowell's tape below, he's a special player with a huge year ahead:      [player_tooltip player_id='350449' first='Landon' last='Duckworth'] has continually impressed us every year he's been at Jackson. He's a talented dual-threat QB who has led his team to unbelievable heights over the last few seasons and is just getting started.   "At 6'3 190, Duckworth has the size, speed, and athleticism to dominate opposing defenses. Duckworth has terrific arm strength, throws the ball with excellent touch, and can deliver accurate passes all over the field to his targets. In addition to his arm talent, Duckworth has an elite ability to read defenses and use his mobility to his advantage as a passer and rusher. Whenever Duckworth gets pressured or sees an open lane, he has the speed and elusiveness to extend and make the most out of broken plays- he constantly keeps defenses on their toes every snap; it's extremely impressive to watch."    Duckworth had another huge year this fall, throwing for 3439 yards, 39 TDs, and only 10 INTs, with an additional 648 yards and 12 TDs on the ground as well.   Duckworth is one of the top QB prospects in the entire nation and currently lists a Top 5 of Auburn, Florida State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and North Carolina!   Watch some of Duckworth's tape and you'll see what I mean. He's a special QB talent with so much potential this year and at the next level.      [player_tooltip player_id='676572' first='Anthony' last='Jones'] is an explosive EDGE out of Saint Paul's Episcopal who has contributed to his team's defense in so many huge ways over the last three years.   "Jones is a highly athletic EDGE who plays with a ton of speed and aggression down by the line of scrimmage. Jones can do everything his coaches ask of him- he's a terrific pass rusher, can set the edge, attack the run, and is always around the ball making plays. Jones plays with unreal effort- he doesn't give up on plays, is great in pursuit, and consistently finds ways to disrupt offenses throughout all four quarters as a pass rusher and run defender. It's going to be really exciting watching him in his senior year this fall, he's a special talent."   Jones has been highly recruited and currently has official visits scheduled with Miami, Texas A&M, Oregon, and Alabama this summer.   Check out some of Jones' junior tape below, he's set up for a massive senior season this fall:      [player_tooltip player_id='1352636' first='Kamhariyan' last='Johnson'] is a destructive EDGE out of Muscle Shoals who has steadily risen in our rankings every year and is set up for a huge season this upcoming fall.   "Johnson is a destructive force in the trenches who causes chaos in the backfield nearly every snap. Johnson does a great job using his size and athleticism to set the edge- he consistently beats OTs to meet the ball carrier at or behind the line of scrimmage, resulting in a ton of run stops up front.   Johnson is just as dominant as a pass rusher- he's quick off the snap, has a deep bag of rush moves, and can fly by OTs to generate pressure and rack up sacks on opposing quarterbacks."   Johnson was incredibly productive last fall, ending his junior year with 47 tackles (13 for loss), 11 sacks, 32 hurries, and one FF.
