This week, we're looking at some of the 2026s across the state who have been making moves over the past few weeks!

As always, watch these guys' tape below- these guys are seriously talented and deserve more eyes!

JOCQ DENNIS- JAMES CLEMENS EDGE/ATH

[player_tooltip player_id='1660928' first='Jocq' last='Dennis'] is a dominant OLB/ATH out of James Clemens coming off his best season yet last fall.

Dennis is a disruptive force off the edge who is an every-down threat to opposing offenses. He's incredibly quick off the snap, has active hands, and consistently gets into the backfield to create huge stops for loss. Dennis is hard to contain- he's highly athletic, plays with great speed and aggression, and has the size and length to consistently win matchups and put OL on their heels almost every snap. Dennis is also a reliable tackler who wraps up well and doesn't allow for any additional yards after he makes first contact.

I'm seriously impressed with Dennis' motor and skills in pursuit- he plays with a ton of effort and has the vision and closing speed to create some seriously impressive hustle plays far from where he initially lined up pre-snap.

Dennis has had a busy couple of weeks, picking up his first two offers from Fort Lauderdale and UT Martin!

Watch out for Dennis this fall, he's a talented prospect out of James Clemens with a huge senior year ahead of him.

TUCKER HAGLER- HEADLAND OL

[player_tooltip player_id='1660947' first='Tucker' last='Hagler'] is a talented OL prospect out of Headland who has been incredible upfront for his offense the last few seasons.

Hagler is a dominant OT who creates huge opportunities for his teammates at the line of scrimmage. Hagler is terrific at opening up rushing lanes- he explodes off the snap, plays with great leverage, and has the size and strength to bully and drive defenders back several yards off the ball. Hagler is a tough man to move- he plays through the whistle and can take multiple defenders out of a single play, consistently pancaking and walling off his side of the line of scrimmage.

I'm also impressed with what Hagler can do in pass protection- he's quick on his feet, uses his length to keep pass rushers outside of the pocket, and gives his quarterback plenty of time to make decisions with the ball.

Hagler has had a big offseason, picking up offers from Dartmouth, North Alabama, and others- and with his talent, he's sure to have more come his way soon.

Hagler had a heck of a season last fall and has really shown his potential at the next level- watch out for him as he heads into his senior season, he's got a big year ahead of him!

JAYDEN MCCARROLL THEODORE OL

Jayden McCaroll is a talented OL out of Theodore who put together a huge junior season up front last fall.

McCarroll is a dominant force upfront for Theodore who can open up tons of opportunities at the line of scrimmage and also in the open field. At 6'3 305, McCarroll dominates smaller defenders with his size and power, but also moves really well to create huge blocks downfield. I was extremely impressed with McCarroll's mobility- he can easily pull across the line and work from level to level to pave the way for some massive runs downfield.

McCarrol is just as valuable as passing downs- he's quick on his feet, has great leverage, and plays through the whistle every snap. McCarroll gives 100% effort every snap- he consistently walls off pass rushers and gives his quarterback tons of time to work with in the pocket, it's super impressive to watch.

McCarroll has seen his recruitment open up a ton this offseason, picking up offers from Alabama State and North Alabama over the past few months.

Check out some of McCarroll's tape below, he's a talented OL prospect with a huge senior year ahead!

DESHAWN SPENCER- SARALAND RB

Deshawn Spencer is a talented RB out of Saraland who put together a really impressive junior season last fall.

Spencer is a highly athletic back who plays with a ton of speed and twitch out of the backfield. Spencer has terrific acceleration- once he gets going upfield, he can easily outrun entire defenses and makes it look easy. Spencer is also highly elusive- he can easily make defenders miss and change his direction in the open field to break off huge runs on the ground.

I'm really impressed with Spencer's toughness- he doesn't shy away from contact, can withstand big hits, and is a physical runner who requires multiple defenders to bring him down.

Spencer put together another big season last fall, ending his junior year with 59 carries for 561 yards and 6 TDs.

Spencer picked up offers from Appalachian State and Memphis last month and has a huge senior season on the horizon- make sure to look out for him this fall!

DERRICK WILSON- PIKE ROAD DL

Derrick Wilson is a dominant DL prospect out of Pike Road who put together one of his best seasons yet last fall.

Pike Road's defense has had a ton of success over the past few seasons, and [player_tooltip player_id='1352634' name='Derrick Wilson'] is a big reason why. He's an every-down threat in the trenches who can make huge plays against the run and pass. I'm really impressed with Wilson's abilities as a pass rusher- he's quick off the snap, has violent hands, and can use several different moves to work around offensive linemen and get to the quarterback.

Wilson is just as dominant against the run- he can completely collapse rushing lanes, get to the ball carrier, and create huge stops behind the line of scrimmage just seconds after the snap. It's really impressive watching Wilson shed off blockers- he's an aggressive DL who plays with a ton of effort and hustle every snap, doing whatever it takes to help his defense create stops.

Wilson put together an impressive season last fall, ending his junior year with 63 total tackles (14 for loss, 12 solo). With how he played last season, Wilson has since picked up offers from Dartmouth, Tuskegee, Wright State, and more.

Wilson is an incredibly talented DL/EDGE prospect with a huge senior year ahead of him, be sure to watch out for him this fall!
