Recruiting Spotlight: Five Updates On Kansas Talent

He is ranked No. 37 overall in the Prep Redzone Rankings and is the sixth-ranked offensive lineman. The choice of this physical lineman should surprise no one who follows him on X. Almost every post the young man shares has a purple tint to it.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1229117' first='Ian' last='Premer'],</strong> TE, 6'6”, 225, Great Bend, '26</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Premer is the top-ranked uncommitted athlete in the Kansas Class of 2026. The Great Bend tight end announced the five finalists he is considering attending this week. His final five schools are Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Michigan, and Notre Dame. He received close to 30 Division I offers. His commitment will be big-time news when he announces it. Premer is ranked No. 6 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026 and is the No. 1 tight end.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='986134' first='Noah' last='Kobuszewski'],</strong> ATH, 6'4”, 235, Seaman, ‘26</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>So, for clarification, the Seaman prospect has the toughest name to type and spell correctly in the Kansas Class of 206. He announced on social media this week that he has received a new offer from Northwest Missouri State. He is ranked No. 13 overall by Prep Redzone. The Seaman athlete is also being courted by Kansas State and has an invite to camps at Iowa State. He announced this week that he has a new offer from Friends University. He is ranked No. 79 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026. He has received an offer to play for McPherson College. Smith plays tight end, defensive end, and long snaps.
