Prep Redzone Louisiana released its final rankings for the 2025 class this week.

The last update for the cycle featured another 50 additions to help round out the list to 450 players.

Here's a look at the top special teams prospects who joined the list.

[player_tooltip player_id='1644688' first='Brek' last='Schultz'] — 5-8, 170 K/P — Live Oak

The Eagles' standout was one of Louisiana's top kickers and punters in the 2025 class, including national rankings from Kohl's at No. 6 and No. 59, respectively, at the positions. The Ragin' Cajuns signee was a difference-maker on both the scoreboard with his accurate place-kicking and in the game of field position with his powerful and accurate kickoffs and punts to down the ball near the goal line.

[player_tooltip player_id='1644710' first='Nathan' last='Zimmer'] — 6-2, 200 P — Central (Baton Rouge)

Another strong-legged specialist who both kicked and punted for his high school team, Zimmer was an absolute weapon in the field-position game for his Division-I Non-Select champion Wildcats with his big, booming kicks and should be a nice special-teams steal late for nearby Southern University.

[player_tooltip player_id='1644795' first='Silas' last='Hall'] — 6-4, 225 LS — Episcopal (Baton Rouge)

Like the Cajuns and Jaguars, LSU was able to capitalize in its recruiting class with a talented local specialist as a preferred walk-on. The tall, long athlete from across town was the No. 12 long snapper in the country and a five-star prospect at the position, according to Kohl's.

[player_tooltip player_id='1644791' first='Jace' last='Vasquez'] — 6-3, 200 K/P — Barbe

The versatile specialist, a second-team all-district selection as a kicker and punter, and two-sport standout, also a talented pitcher, for Barbe is heading to nearby Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss., for college where he is expected to have an opportunity to play both sports.
