The Prep Redzone 7v7 Circuit came through Oklahoma for the first weekend in March and it was the largest 7v7 tournament in the three years that Prep Redzone has been doing 7v7 tournaments. We've had a ton of content dropping all week, taking a look at the best players that stood out throughout the tournament. In this breakdown, we're putting that spotlight on the 18U division and the C4 program. This blended program of southern Oklahoma and north Texas standouts routinely have some of the more impressive athletes in the various tournaments. We got a chance to watch them on Saturday and Sunday and here are the five players who stood out to us the most during the tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='670654' first='Aivan' last='Locklin'] - 2026 Quarterback - Lawton MacArthur

Lawton MacArthur 2026 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='670654' first='Aivan' last='Locklin'] was solid every time we watched C4 in action this weekend. Overall, we had a really good group of 2026 quarterbacks playing in the tournament and Locklin was one of the more consistent guys from start to finish. He was throwing some absolute darts throughout the two days in Broken Arrow. On one play in particular, it helped that we were right behind him watching because we saw the whole thing play out. He baited a safety over by eyeing a wide receiver to his left, only to fire a strike over the middle and he had enough touch on it to get it over the hands of a defender in the middle of the defense. Both defenders thought they caught Locklin slipping but he outplayed both with the big play.

[player_tooltip player_id='858878' first='Cleveland' last='Williamson'] - 2026 Defensive Back - McAlester

We just wrote about McAlester 2026 defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='858878' first='Cleveland' last='Williamson'] last week when we were doing our 2026 prospect breakdowns. Williamson came to Broken Arrow and lived up to the hype with a solid showing throughout the weekend. Williamson also lived up to his style as a ball hawk during the tournament. Williamson was one of Class 5A's leaders in interceptions during the 2024 season. Now, and Williamson would be the first to say this, he should have had even more picks than he finished with this weekend. Williamson was routinely in the right place at the right time and his rangy size made him a perfect defender at the safety position. Williamson was constantly causing problems for opposing offenses this weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='474035' first='Josiah' last='Dickerson'] - 2028 Running Back - Washington

Washington running back [player_tooltip player_id='474035' first='Josiah' last='Dickerson'] is a name that we got very familiar with during his 8th grade year. He absolutely tore it up on the 7v7 circuit and on our camp circuit. It also feels like Dickerson has played up in the last two years. He probably could have played with C4's 15U team but instead, he was playing with the 18U squad. He didn't back down from the competition and the competition brought the best out of him. Dickerson is incredibly quick in the open field. All defenders have to do is get a hand on him but they weren't able to do that in a lot of instances. Dickerson is a name to remember this fall. He's a running back and overall athlete that could have a major impact for Washington as they look to win another state championship.

[player_tooltip player_id='467406' first='Mackylan' last='Dixon'] - 2026 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Idabel

If we were doing an "All Tournament" team for this weekend, Idabel standout [player_tooltip player_id='467406' first='Mackylan' last='Dixon'] would be on the shortlist for that after his impact on both sides of the ball. Dixon immediately stood out to us with his play on both sides and he was that unique playmaker that was just as valuable on both sides. However, if we had to pick one over the other, we're going with offense because Dixon was incredibly natural at the wide receiver position. He was constantly creating separation between himself and the defender trying to slow him down. Dixon is starting to put the pieces together of being a truly impactful player and Idabel is going to need a new go-to weapon on the offensive side of the ball this fall. Dixon sure looks like he could be that guy.

[player_tooltip player_id='1637718' first='Tamar' last='Palmer'] - 2027 Cornerback - Daingerfield (Texas)

Four out of the five prospects on this breakdown were names that we already knew because of the Oklahoma ties. However, 2027 cornerback [player_tooltip player_id='1637718' first='Tamar' last='Palmer'] was a new name for us to cover but it became obvious that he was a name we needed to know. Lining up at one of the cornerback positions, Palmer had a really strong weekend, locking down his side of the field. He wasn't tested very often but when he was, he routinely had an answer for it. Palmer immediately passes the eye test and it's clear that he's been going to work at the C4 gym, in addition to working on his craft on the field. Palmer ended up being one of the better cornerbacks in the 18U division. He's a name that needs to be on more radars with the Texas 2027 class moving forward.
