[player_tooltip player_id='1625788' first='Callen' last='Marshall'] (@Callen_Marshall), QB - Norfolk Catholic - 6'0" 175 lbs

Junior QB [player_tooltip player_id='1625788' first='Callen' last='Marshall'] delivered big time in his first season as QB1 for Norfolk Catholic, leading the Knights to a perfect 13-0 season and completing a championship three-peat. Along the way, Callen played an extremely efficient game, completing 69% of his passes for 1,615 yards and 23 touchdowns while showing he can take care of the ball with only two interceptions. Callen's arm talent was on full display, showing he can throw some good-looking deep passes and has the strength to fit the ball into tight windows. Part of what makes Marshall such an effective QB is how quickly he gets the ball out. He does a good job identifying where he wants to throw to pre-snap and can then use his quick draw to get the ball out shortly after. Callen's ball placement was also impressive to watch, as he consistently showed good anticipation with his throws and could catch his receiver in stride. Nice mobility and footwork to maneuver the pocket and evade the pass rush.

[player_tooltip player_id='1573629' first='Traceson' last='Skalberg'], DB/WR - Plattsmouth - 6'2" 175 lbs

Plattsmouth's [player_tooltip player_id='1573629' first='Traceson' last='Skalberg'] took a big step in 2024, showing that he is not someone you want to challenge in coverage. Skalberg ended his junior season with 15 tackles, a TFL, a sack, and three interceptions as the Blue Devil's starting safety. Skalberg really impressed with the range he showed playing that deep safety spot, with the ability to get deep to erase any big plays downfield and willingness to crash downhill to defend the run. He plays with excellent instincts, which combine with a great break on the ball and solid closing speed to form a ball-hawk you need to account for. He has a taller, lengthier frame at 6'2" and 175 pounds, which allows him to match up well with most receivers. Willing tackler against the run. Skalberg also flashed on offense with 203 receiving yards and two rushing touchdowns. Definitely someone I hope I can catch in person this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1625833' first='Ahmad' last='Rustamov'] (@AhmadRustamov74), OL - Omaha Westside - 6'0" 260 lbs

Although I don't have access to Ahmad's junior tape, I still had the opportunity to evaluate in person during the season and from a few Westside games available online. From what I saw, it's clear to see a path for Ahmad to play at the next level, as he already possesses projectable size and technique that is only getting better. He is a strong individual with the upper body strength to lock up defenders and the lower body strength to move them off the ball. Solid hand usage allows him to work for his way inside the defender's frame and out-leverage them when engaged. I'm hoping to get more film from Rustamov's junior season, but so far I'm a fan of what I've seen.

[player_tooltip player_id='1625803' first='Casey' last='Schnebel'] (@SchnebelCasey), RB - Battle Creek - 5'10" 180 lbs

You can bet to find some hidden gem prospects in the talent-rich Northeast Nebraska area. Such is the case with Battle Creek's [player_tooltip player_id='1625803' first='Casey' last='Schnebel'], who looks to be a well-rounded back capable of playing at the next level. Schnebel displays a nice blend of physical running that can grind away at defenses between the tackles and has the burst to break off big runs when given space. Casey has a sturdy, compact frame with a strong lower body that allows him to keep his balance as he absorbs contact from defenders. He does a great job keeping his feet under him and controlled as he maneuvers through defenders and hits cutback lanes when he sees an opening. Schnebel also showed that he has some wheels on him, displaying his acceleration to break away from defenses once he finds the open field. Casey should build on the 566 rushing yards and five touchdowns he posted during his junior season as he looks to be the feature RB for the Braves in 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='1573606' first='Drew' last='Boltz'] (@boltz_drew), WR - Gretna - 6'1" 145 lbs

[player_tooltip player_id='1573606' first='Drew' last='Boltz'] is one-third of a Dragon trio who all went on to have breakout seasons in 2024 (Knudsen & Lakers). Boltz spent his junior campaign cutting defenses up to the tune of 41 receptions, 651 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns. I got a close-up look at Boltz during our Stock Up showcase, where he showed off his crisp route running and suddenness going in and out of his breaks that helped him create separation consistently. Boltz is very good at getting clean releases with great explosiveness off the line and shifty footwork. Very diverse route tree. This is someone I think will rise big time this spring... but stock now!!!
