Class of ‘27 Update: 5 New Faces in the Rankings

In addition to those huge events, our latest Class of '27 rankings just dropped. In this latest update for the upcoming junior class, more than 85 prospects joined the rankings which increased it to 300 ranked players.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>That number will inevitably grow as our staff discovers more talent throughout this year. But for now, we'll focus on the latest additions during this update. The group of five featured in this report is a mixture of versatile skill position players. Check out where they debuted and be sure to keep an eye on them throughout this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Wide Receivers</span></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1580820' first='Noah' last='Davis'] – Life Prep Academy, 5'7”, 155</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>After impressing our staff at a combine in December, Davis found himself a spot in the rankings. The shifty wideout entered the rankings at No. 74 overall and is the 14th ranked receiver in the class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1581123' first='Caleb' last='Grant'] – Baxter Springs, 5'10”, 160</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Grant was mentioned as a serious candidate for the rankings in previous reports and now he makes his official debut. The Baxter Springs product cracked the rankings at No. 233 overall. Kickhaefer debuted as the 7th ranked DB in the class and the 77th ranked prospect overall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Athletes</span></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1566712' first='Armane' last='Redmond'] – Salina South, 5'7”, 150</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Redmon had a shortened 2024 season due to injury, but in the seven games he appeared in he flashed some nice playmaking ability.
