Bowens shot up our rankings in this update, and is a no brainer FBS caliber player at the next level with elite upside and growth potential due to his frame, range and natural length. He has explosive hips and hands when rushing the passer from the edge and shows he can win with a variety of different moves and counter moves. Bowens is a long strider that can track down ball carriers behind the line and shows tremendous lateral movement and sudden twitch in short areas. He is still developing but will only continue to grow into his frame and as a no-brainer high-level prospect in college. In our 2025 rankings update he checks in as a number two defensive lineman in his class and inside the top ten overall in the state.     Larson had one of the better Senior seasons of any 2025 Prospect across Idaho and enters into our ranks this time around. He is a violent striker and a high motor edge prospect that wins with power and leverage at the point of attack and does a great job of getting underneath blockers and resetting the line of scrimmage. He shows he can win pass rushing with both power and speed and shows counter abilities and backside pursuit as well. Committed to Eastern Washington University, he enters into our rankings as a top-five player his position and just outside the top 10 overall across Idaho.     <a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/ben-aldrich/"></a><a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/ben-aldrich/">Aldrich</a> is one of the more active defensive end prospects across Idaho and is coming off a stellar Senior season campaign for Sugar-Salem. He is disruptive off the edge with an explosive first step and covers ground quickly when collapsing the pocket. He shows violent hands around the edge andt on ballcarriers backside while a very good mover in space with open field tackling abilities. In the run game he reads blocks quickly and can take on double teams and down blocks, well doing a good job of controlling blockers chest and having a quick lockout to keep hands off of him. He is another no-brainer division three caliber prospect at the next level that should be able to find a home at some point this spring.     Martin is another prospect that is a bit under-sized but is extremely well-built and has a powerful lower half while doing a great job of using his leverage against bigger blockers. He is quick off the ball and has a violent strike with inside hand placement and a quick lockout while showing he can sniff out plays quickly and take on various blocks with the proper technique against reaches, downs and double teams. He checks into a rankings as a top 25 player at his position and is another one of the best available defensive lineman in Idaho that is a no-brainer D3 prospect in college.     Sylvester checks into our rankings just inside the top 25 at his position and inside the top 125 overall. Although he is a bit undersized, he's very technically sound in the run game and has strong hands at the point of attack with a violent disengage and quick block recognition both against the pass and in the run game. He shows he can win with power and relentless pursuit when pass rushing and is able to redirect and close the pocket quickly. Sylvester should be a steal at the D3 level in college and should see some next level interest pick up through the spring.
