One of the more under-the-radar linebackers in the state. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='737020' first='Braylon' last='Iversen'] has continued to be a super productive 'backer for the Wahoo Warriors since his sophomore season. Even with a big cast on one of his hands, Iversen still found a way to rack up 93 tackles, 9 TFLs, a sack, two forced fumbles, and an interception during his senior campaign. Iversen is a very instinctive and reactive LB who does a great job when reading his keys and is quick to trigger downhill when he reads the run or can drop back into coverage fluidly. He plays with a mean, physical edge that you love to see out of your linebackers, which flashes when he makes a hit and in the way he can disengage from blockers to continue his pursuit. Definitely, a player who can elevate your LB room to the next level.

Talk about championship pedigree! [player_tooltip player_id='737021' first='Max' last='Hammond'] is chasing his third straight championship and looks to help extend the Knight's record for state titles. Max really is a do-it-all player who is effective at running, catching, playing defense, and even kicking. Hammond is a fluid runner who seems to glide through defenses as he finds his way to the open field. You can put Hammond in the slot where he displays good route-running ability and excellent hands that can haul in anything in his vicinity. He has the strength and toughness to chip away at defenses between the tackle while possessing the speed and burst to hit the homerun ball at any given moment. Great overall athlete who you just need to get the ball to and let him create!

In my first time getting a look at Riverside, I was very impressed with RB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1314955' first='Jack' last='Molt'], who gashed through the BDS Eagles defense en route to a berth in the state championship game. Molt's great vision allows him to see the field and find open running lanes quickly and efficiently. He is especially dangerous when he can bounce runs to the outside, where he can hit his next gear to break away from defenses. Despite not being a super big RB, Jack still displays good contact balance as he fights off would-be tacklers. Very rangy DB who can step up to fit the run nicely and has the speed to get depth when dropping into coverage. I'm looking forward to seeing what Jack does on the big stage on Tuesday.

Somewhat lost among the deep talent on the Badger defense is senior safety [player_tooltip player_id='1563511' first='Morgan' last='Schuman'], who had a tremendous season. Schuman led the team in total turnovers with three interceptions and six fumbles recovered while racking up 45 total tackles. What stands out about Morgan is his ball skills and playmaking ability when he can force turnovers, as he returned two interceptions and two fumbles for touchdowns. Schuman does a great job surveying the field, where he flashes a high football IQ and great vision that allows him to always be in a position to make a play. He flows to the ball very well and is a sure tackler when he gets to the ball carrier. Hidden gem prospect with a lot of upside!

Benjamin Paxton, WR/DB - Stuart

The Stuart Broncos are rolling heading into the state championship game with an offense that is firing on all cylinders. One of the more explosive parts of their offense features a passing game that includes senior Benjamin Paxton, who has hauled in 31 receptions for 788 yards and a whopping 19 receiving touchdowns. Paxton has shown that he has the speed to stretch defenses vertically to provide a true deep threat for the Broncos. He has also proven to be a productive player on defense with 86 tackles, a sack, three fumble recoveries (one return for a TD), and two interceptions (one returned for a TD), and a punt return for a touchdown.
