[player_tooltip player_id='1118503' first='Brady' last='Calderon'] 2025 LB - 6'2" 205
- The Lancers set the tone early as to how physical the game would be played defensively with some really big hits and senior LB Calderon led the way with that. The entire Lancer LB corps was really impressive and could deserve a mention. Brady did a nice job prepping for the game and reading the Ritter offense and reacting using his skills to record 20 total tackles.

Greg Robinson 2025 LB - 5'9" 175
- Another standout linebacker who flew to the ball carrier and made plays using his speed and quickness was the senior Robinson. He also showed his physicality and love of hitting with his 15 total tackles he recorded on the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1590172' first='Jeremy' last='Williams'] 2027 CB - 5'11" 180
- The sophomore corner caused a lot of oohs and aahs with a big hit on a Lions receiver that flipped him over. It was part of a pattern that continued of Lancer big hits that played a big role in the outcome. Williams did a nice job in both coverage and with his tackling and play against the run in racking up 13 total tackles.

Charles Brooks 2025 DE - 6'5" 225
- One of the bright spots on defense for the Lions was the play of the Northern Illinois commit Brooks, who really stepped up and brought pressure of the edge to get in the backfield, and with multiple passes batted down as he showed good timing and use of his long arms to get his hands up in passing lanes to make plays. Charles has a great motor and first step to go along with his speed.

[player_tooltip player_id='1363055' first='Jayden' last='McGee'] 2025 DE - 6'4" 220
- The Missouri State commit formed a nice bookend of pass rushers for the Lions. McGee is fast off the edge with a quick first step and the speed to run down plays from the back side. He plays hard and has a good motor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1188358' first='Marshaun' last='Ivy'] 2027 LB - 6'3" 220
- A real riser in the '27 class who also stood out was the athletic and physical linebacker Ivy. Marshaun has really improved his skills in reading plays and reacting quickly to run to the ball and fill the gaps at the point of attack. He's big, physical and has good speed and is strong enough to shed the blocks of linemen.
