<p><strong>GOOSE CREEK</strong> | A stifling defense that nearly pitched a shutout led Goose Creek to a 31-7 victory over Lucy Beckham Friday.</p>

<p>An immense amount of pressure from the defensive line throughout the game made it tough for Beckham to maintain any consistency on the offensive side of the ball.</p>

<p>For Goose Creek on offense, it was the run game that established the tone. Led by <strong>Trevon Goss</strong> (pictured above) Goose Creek totaled over 300 yards on the ground.</p>

<p>Goss finished with 15 carries for 166 yards and a touchdown. Several runs of his were extended by his ability to push the pile and his legs moving throughout the entirety of the play.</p>
