There is not a prospect in our top 40 that I have been awaiting tape from more than West Fargo Sheyenne's [player_tooltip player_id='1407829' first='Kye' last='Schlichting']. The pure athleticism Kye has flashes quickly from his track background to the football field. Catching Kye in the open field has been a problem for defenses this year as his long 6'3 195 pound frame stretches the field with ease. The upside with his position flexibility is there for the taking, as I certainly see Kye as a wide receiver at the next-level but knowing his football IQ shows off to be high in muliple spots. He certainly will be a stockriser now that the tape is out there and is one that I love the odds as a Division I target. Twitter

Jayvon has much more durability that you feel on tape for his 6'0 165 pound size as he possesses some explosive hip drive that I would love to see at our upcoming Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase. There also is great edge balance with his footwork around the sidelines and Jayvon has that drive to shoot for more yardage even with his balance around the edges which pops out on tape. This kid plays with a game-speed that grows on both sides of the ball which I always like to see out of a prospect on tape. He is one of a few Bruins that I like from this 2026 class as he looks like he has a next-level ceiling on the gridiron. Twitter

Dominic is a 2026 wide receiver that I can see has grown his skillsets a lot since seeing him at camps this summer. His open field vision has exploded from his early tape, as his change of direction has gotten more instinctive since last summer. His athleticism with his route-running has also turned a corner since summer as his strength of his hands thru highly-contested areas has certainly developed. Even defensively, the overall football IQ has grown in which positionally however I like Dominic as a slot receiver at the next-level. The junior tape he just posted grades well, and I think those that got the chance to have him at camps last summer are going to like the quick development. Twitter

Christopher is a new name to our 2026 ND recruiting radar that plays the cornerback position with the presence I like watching on tape. He is physical in man coverage, yet understands the physicality balance to not draw a penalty as he treads the line well on tape. He also is a cornerback that you can guarantee in the open field that he will make the tackle, and make it with that continued physicality that Christopher shows off consistently on tape. He impresses me most in press-man coverage where his ball-tracking has smothered a handful of a wide receivers around the edges with his 6'2 175 pound frame and growing. I certainly like the growth from 2023 to 2024's tape from Christopher. Twitter

Dylan is a 2026 prospect that is going to be a big stockriser as watching his junior tape yesterday. On both sides of the ball, I love the balanced athleticism Dylan shows off as one that turns on another switch with his instincts once he see the open field. His burst really progresses into the second level with his route-running as he exemplifies his presence as a deep-threat with that growth from 1st to 2nd. Dylan also shows great awareness around the sidelines and can track down off-line throws with his footwork and fluid change of direction. The balance Dylan has at defensive back and wide receiver, shows me that he positions as an athlete at the next-level and one that should rise a ton by next update. Twitter
