6'0, 180 pounds. is a baseball player on top of manning the huddle over at Allentown Central Catholic. Is currently on our watch list because of a lack of full-season tape after his freshman season. Has ties to Saucon Valey HS. Has more than enough tape under his belt to be considered for ranking now, will likely land relatively well after the post-season update.

Cahill has cut-ups of practically every game participated in this Fall. Cahill also has a three-minute mid-season tape fully encompassing his best plays from the year's first half.

*Suitable size to play the position, can obviously bulk up but is still an underclassman, plenty of time for that. First rep on proves he can see/read his man downfield despite pressure in his face. A mover behind the LOS, a ton of success comes in impromptu situations, the kid can make something out of nothing. Can operate zone/read handoffs with his back in 11/10 personnel sets, can tuck and pick up big gains, again proving that his legs are a crucial part of his success at QB. Comfortable rolling to his throwing side on sprint-outs, is consistently accurate on sprint-outs to his right. Getting Cahill outside the pocket to provide the threat of a pass/run is part of ACC's weekly game plan, a wrinkle that helps create match-ups in their favor. Tough to project Cahill to the next level until we see real improvement/production from inside the pocket. Timing throws and tight window completions aren't on tape just yet.

On our watch list ever since then, scheduled to be ranked so long as he puts forth an end-of-season tape. Carries a build suitable for linebacker play at this level. Johnson's mid-season tape doesn't provide much in terms of flare. You can count on Johnson to run downhill between the tackles in light or heavy sets. You can count on Johnson to drag his first tackler a few yards, carries a ton of forward momentum. A run-stuffing backer too. Although Johnson's mid-season tape doesn't wow in terms of highlights, I'd recommend coaches interested to take a look at his Dieruff tape on Hudl. Two touchdowns scored via direct snaps in the backfield. Johnson's full-season tape will likely impress once it adds this game's reps.

No mid-season tape because of the lack of games played. Has five single-game cut-ups on Hudl. Martinez is going to see a huge jump on our rankings solely based on what I've seen against Dieruff, Emmaus, as well as what I've gathered from my live evaluation against BecaHi. Very very close to a Division One grade, will rank beside other FCS-capable prospects.

Can play both safety positions at ACC, can play corner inside and out, can play wideout, can play running back, is a menace on special teams. An all-around fantastic football player who boasts some of the best awareness and R&R skills I've seen, especially from District 11 kids. Elite run support alley filler from his safety spot. The pursuit angles, the ability to read outside zone runs and come downhill without hesitation. An animal that wants to play with violence and speed. Toughness to play in the box, agility and athleticism to stay with offensive weapons in pass coverage. A back who can score from anywhere on the field, I like his future projection to DB/WR, however. Understands how to manipulate a DB off the LOS, good acceleration skills once he knows he's got a DB beat. Not the most natural route-runner or strider, which is why I think he has a real future at playing FCS ball at DB.

Quamir Battles is an OG/IDL to know. 6'2, 320 pounds of mass. Has a quick mid-season tape showcasing his skills at right guard, as well as at DT. Enamored with his projection to IDL, has equally impressive reps on both sides of the ball. Duo blocks with his right tackle well, finishes every other block, good leg drive. Will end up on our rankings.

Not the best mover, yet moving in space isn't going to get Quamir recruited. His lower body strength and overall power is what's going to get him interest in the future. Such tape would help remind guys like me how special an interior defender he is. Battles wrapped up his recruiting journey when he announced his commitment to the Terps back in February, yet he's still competing to earn the respect of his coaches and peers alike. Battles had a good performance with me present on the ACC sideline about a month back. It's tough to watch trench play from the field, yet I could recall at least four-five instances where Battles would make his matchup reach and miss, leading to a Battles TFL or run-stuff. Impressed with Battles play on OL. Despite Battles weighing near 315-320 pounds, he still can pull aligned at left tackle. Battles can still get out in front of screens, Battles can still pursue the ball carrier when aligned at DT. Battles will flash game-breaking ability once-twice per drive. Maryland is looking to unlock the ACC senior's full potential.

No mid-season or first-three tape out of Richardson which is a shame. I want to get the junior on our rankings this update, but will need substantial tape to do so. Can Richardson run routes? Is he a threat to catch the football? Can Richardson impact block on an island, can be block prospects who outweigh him? Can Richardson rush the passer with bend or power? Does he show flashes of a collegiate sack-getter? I'm still out on the loop but holding out until I see more tape. A name I'll stash for now.

5'8, 155 pounds, an athlete good enough to alleviate size concerns. A track and field participant, it shows on the turf. Given a Division Two grade prior to the season, good to see us hit on that evaluation. Phenomenal instincts at the cornerback position. Almost exclusively a boundary corner that is comfortable playing in off coverage outside the numbers. Diagnoses routes well and early, Figueroa isn't blessed with otherworldly athleticism, so he's going to have to win with a blend of smarts and experience. This shows on tape. Figueroa opens his hips on time, not often early or late. Figueroa breaks on the football in a hurry, is a sure bet for a PBU breaking on routes that break toward the middle of the field (posts, slants, digs). Is a name to watch for on offense as well, yet his value comes as DB. Would rank a bit higher if taken off the "ATH" filter and moved to DB. Every D3 program out East should want to bring this kid in, he should have a plethora of looks at that level. We will see if other PSACs reach out before the season ends, high chance of that happening.
