Chase Sanders | WR | Cy-Fair

Sanders is a true weapon and mismatch at the receiver position. Measuring around 6'4-6'5, Sanders towers over defensive backs and uses his basketball background to dominate in jump ball situations. He also happens to be a crisp route runner, creating separation by getting out of his breaks with power and quickness. Sanders is effective at all levels of the field and is physical after the catch. His hands are strong and he physically outmans the opposition. Sanders is a talented player who should be on radars of many.

[player_tooltip player_id='1482824' first='James' last='Henderson'] | DB | Cypress Falls

Henderson excels in bump and run coverage, using his hands and strength well to dictate opponents movements. He shows great footwork and shadows receivers very well, rarely losing technique and staying in position to make plays on the ball. Henderson displays great recovery skills and plays through the receivers hands, knocking the ball out last minute to cause big stops. Henderson will continue to develop into a lockdown and be a popular name this offseason.

Sexton's drive off the snap with quickness and elusiveness creates tons of space for him. He is a clean route runner, capable of running the entire route tree and generating success after the catch. Sexton is shifty and shows excellent footwork, beating press with tremendous skill. He is explosive and is the player to get the ball to when a big play is needed. Sexton is a name to know in the area.

Keyan Pickett | S | Cypress Woods

Pickett is a defensive menace in run support for the Wildcats. He plays the run very well, filling gaps and flying downhill to keep containment when needed. Pickett is a physical tackler and shows tremendous closing speed. He reads and reacts in a hurry, showing very little hesitation and firing out of a cannon to the ball. Pickett plays well in space and leads the Wildcats in interceptions this season as well. He shows much promise in his game and is a player to get familiar with.

Johnathan Joseph | DB | Stratford

Joseph has been cooking this season as both a return man and from his corner position. He has been lockdown, anticipating routes and using his quickness to jump them leading to turnovers. Joseph uses his eyes well, reading and diagnosing plays quickly. He is a great open-field tackler and limits the chances of big plays. As a return man, Joseph is a momentum-shifter. He finds an opening and its "bye-bye". Joseph flips the field and gets his team in position to score on majority of returns. He will be a top name to know by the end of this season.
