Venice-Miami Northwestern Put On A Show

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Every time someone from Texas, California, Ohio, Georgia, Louisiana and several other high school football hotspots try to tear away at the state of Florida, maybe sending the film of last Friday night's Miami Northwestern and Venice game will silence those critics.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Bulls and first year head coach <strong>Teddy Bridgewater</strong>, who finished 4-6 a year ago, traveled to Venice to play head coach <strong>John Peacock</strong> and the two-time defending state runner-up Indians.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>While Venice would eventually win this matchup in overtime, 48-42, the contest was one that had to be the game of the week and lived up to its pre-game hype.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This is indeed a very impressive Venice program that is certainly the favorite in 7A – with talent on both sides of the ball.
