Irizarry transferred to Leesburg High this season after having a lot of success at Blake High in Tampa. He has started strongly in summer 7v7 tournaments for the Jackets. Irizarry is dangerous on designed runs, is a quick-footed passer with ideal athleticism, and flashes top-notch accuracy on 2nd and 3rd level throws. He will be one of the top returning quarterbacks in the district next season.

5'11 190lbs

McNeil doubles as a running back and wide receiver. McNeil is one of the most explosive and dynamic athletes I saw this spring. Anytime he touches the ball, there's a chance he's going to take it to the house. He is an all-around athlete with top-level speed, quickness, acceleration, and has a unique ability to make people miss. He's got tremendous vision and great run-after-catch ability; he lines up all over the field, which makes it hard for the defense to game plan for him. He currently has offers from Rhode Island University and Arkansas State University.

He is a back who possesses above-average vision, good hands out of the backfield, runs with power, and can be used on all three downs.
