Standout Summer Showings: Rising Football Stars

Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top special teams prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. He has started strongly in summer 7v7 tournaments for the Jackets. Irizarry is dangerous on designed runs, is a quick-footed passer with ideal athleticism, and flashes top-notch accuracy on 2nd and 3rd level throws. McNeil is one of the most explosive and dynamic athletes I saw this spring. Anytime he touches the ball, there's a chance he's going to take it to the house. He is an all-around athlete with top-level speed, quickness, acceleration, and has a unique ability to make people miss. He's got tremendous vision and great run-after-catch ability; he lines up all over the field, which makes it hard for the defense to game plan for him. He had a solid spring (picking up his first offer from Southeastern University) and summer and will look to build on it going into the fall.
