<p>Rice has already decided where he plans to attend college. The Liberal offensive lineman has verbally committed to play for the Harding Bisons. Harding is a Division II program that competes in the Great American Conference. The Liberal blocker is ranked No. 32 overall in the recent Prep Redzone rankings.</p>

<p>Kemp is currently ranked No. 77 overall. The Maize signal-caller has an offer from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska. Kemp has a big arm and threw for over 2,000 yards as a junior. The Maize quarterback is a traditional pocket-passer who threw for 17 touchdowns in his first season as a starter.</p>

<p>Prep Redzone had En currently ranked No. 117 overall. He has an offer from Langston University. He finished with 72 tackles and two quarterback sacks as a junior. He has the versatility to be a hybrid defensive asset able to play defensive end, linebacker, or safety. The Langston Lions are an NAIA program that plays in the Sooner Conference.</p>

<p>Hastings College has made offers to Colby's quarterback. He is currently ranked No. 149 overall. The Hastings Broncos are an NAIA team in Hastings, Nebraska. Carroll is a three-sport prospect. He threw for 1,214 yards and 13 touchdowns for the Eagles during his junior season.</p>
