New Additions &amp; Some of WA’s Fastest Rising 26&#8242; Athletes &#8220;O&#8221;

The Washington 2026 rankings will be updated in the coming days. Here we take a look at a few athletes who have the potential of making a nice jump up the rankings board.. Check it.         *No Particular Order         OFFENSE           [player_tooltip player_id='726152' first='Carson' last='McCall'] 6-2 210 26' RB Orting WA   McCall has size and is incredibly versatile out of the backfield. As a sophomore he was dominant averaging 7.8 yards per carry and 17+ yards per catch, going for over 1000 all-purpose yards and double-digit TDs. He will be a 2A POY candidate in the years ahead.    [player_tooltip player_id='1248704' first='Matthew' last='Grant'] 6-5 285 26' T Bainbridge Island WA    Grant started as a freshman and has legit D1 size. He is raw and there is still a lot to work on, but his upside is through the roof if he can continue to increase his speed and mobility.      [player_tooltip player_id='1198603' first='Jaxon' last='Berg'] 6-0 175 26' QB East Valley WA   The future is bright at East Valley with Berg returning after earning 1st team all league honors as a sophomore. He threw too many INT's (11), but overall had a great year hitting on 55% of his passes with 24 TDs.    [player_tooltip player_id='1165401' first='Felix' last='Diaz'] 5-8 180 26' RB/LB Mount Tahoma WA    From a projection standpoint Diaz doesn't have prototypical size, but if we are talking pure talent, he's one of the best in WA for his class. His overall versatility and numbers on both sides of the ball as a sophomore were impressive. Offensively he finished with 61 carries for 461 yards and 7 TDs, while making 47 tackles with 11 tackles for loss on D.    [player_tooltip player_id='1165447' first='Bennett' last='Henry'] 6-3 220 TE Shelton WA    The 2nd team all league TE has a shot to be one of the better 2A players in WA. He looks the part and could thrive as part of FSP this coming season.    [player_tooltip player_id='1165362' first='Koven' last='Burke'] 6-2 180 WR Southridge WA    Burke led all Southridge WR's as a sophomore, catching 37 passes for 483 yards and 3 TDs. The Suns struggled going 2-8 but Burke is a big physical presence that gives them hope for the future.    [player_tooltip player_id='1217964' first='Rashard' last='Boone'] 6-1 190 QB Rogers WA    Rogers went winless last season, but Boone provides some optimism for the future. He has a good arm and impressed last year even with the team's struggles. Look for the Rams to rebound and win a couple games.    [player_tooltip player_id='1146695' first='Spencer' last='Scappini'] 6-3 270 OL Hazen WA   Scapinni was an all-conference lineman as a sophomore, putting together some solid film. He can play multiple spots up front with versatility being a key component to his game.    [player_tooltip player_id='1165408' first='Diego' last='Cabrera'] 6-3 210 TE Stadium WA   Cabrera had a nice sophomore season, catching 21 passes for 251 yards and 2 TDs. He teamed with fellow sophomore standout [player_tooltip player_id='1165410' first='Darius' last='Sum'] to help Stadium finish 5-4. These two will need to lead if they want to compete within the conference.    [player_tooltip player_id='950208' first='Royal' last='Charles'] 6-2 265 OL/DL Peninsula WA   Definitely a versatile kid earning 2nd team all-conference honors on both sides of the football. From a projection standpoint a lot will depend on continued growth as his junior year will be telling.
