A reliable kicker give a coach an offensive weapon that can add mean a huge difference in the 2024 season. During his junior campaign, Ginsberg was successful on 12 of 14 field goal attempts with a long of 47 yards. Both misses were from 53+ yards. After working as the the back-up to Towns McGough (now at Auburn University) last season, Daniel will make a name for himself in 2024. Only a junior, Daniel won the FG competition at the Auburn University Specialist Camp in June with a 52-yarder. Grayson "Cleat" Forrest is a 5-time All-State kicker as he heads into his final season at Death Valley. For his career, Forrest is 195 of 205 in extra points and has made 23 of 32 field goals. Ranked as a 4.5-star kicker by Kohl's, Forrest holds offers from Mississippi State, Murray State and UAB. His left leg is extremely strong and the ball explodes off of his foot. He has worked on his leg strength and his consistency. After some adjustments with Long, Briarwood fans should notice even greater distance in his kickoffs in 2024. After playing soccer at Sparkman throughout high school, Faulk is making the transition to the gridiron in 2024. The ball gets great elevation off of his foot and his accuracy continues to improve.
