He's a versatile lineman with experience on both sides of the ball, but I'd expect him to be a full-time starter on the offense this year. He's compact, doesn't get too wide, and keeps his hands on the inside. He's a bit raw with the mechanics, but he can easily move mass. Whether he stays on the defensive side of the ball is to be determined, but he's also got good instincts that could make him impactful in the running game. He's been on Varsity since he was a freshman and has been given more and more each of the past 2 years. Last season, he even caught the ball and carried the rock. Then, he was upfront blocking and a full-time starter on defense where he put up 24 tackles with 5 TFLs. He's got violent hands and once he latches them onto a defender or offensive lineman, they are getting drug around. While his footwork and minor things need to be cleaned up, the potential is there.
