Offseason Film Review: Unranked 2025 Prospects To Check Out

At quarterback, he displays a great running ability from the QB position. He is good either on a designed run call or when the play breaks down and he scrambles for a big play. He also shows a good arm and an excellent feel for the game when he throws the ball. At defensive back, he shows excellent coverage skills and does a nice job in run support as well. He is good as a run defender. He can read his keys, attack inside, and make many tackles in the run game. When Pinkerton tackles someone you feel his hit. Pinkerton is also good at having instincts and a feel for the game, which allows him to make a ton of plays in both the passing and running games. He has great instincts and a feel for the game. He does a nice job of reading and reacting to the play and then triggering downhill to make the play. He shows good athleticism by running sideline to sideline to make plays. Shawley is also good in pass coverage as he can drop in his zone responsibilities very well. He is also a good tackler, especially in the open field. Shawley is an excellent linebacker prospect.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1325921' first='Mason' last='Fleming'] played as an outside linebacker for Easton last year. He has excellent coverage skills from his outside linebacker position. I can see him playing as a safety as well. He is a dynamic blitzer. He can blitz from different angles and create pressure on the offense. He also shows good coverage skills as he can drop in coverage and cover the flat well. He also showed a good ability to read, react, and attack downhill in the run game. Fleming has the tools to play at the next level as a defender.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1553012' first='Marquis' last='Labossiere'] is a run-stuffing defensive tackle for Easton. He has a good combination of strength and athleticism. He does a great job of firing off the ball and getting his hands on offensive linemen. Then he has the athletic ability to get through the offensive lineman to make a play in the backfield. He also shows a motor that never stops as he chases plays all over the field. Labossiere is a good defensive tackle in the 2025 class.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1326031' first='Justin' last='Kaplan'] is an elite running back in the 2025 class for Palmyra. He is a big play machine every time he touches the ball. He scored on several long runs. He scored on a kickoff return, handoffs at running back, and jet sweep as well. He has elite speed and when he gets into the open field, he just runs by defenders. He also is a physical runner who is hard to bring down. Kaplan is a legit running back in the 2025 class. </p>
