Champ Scotlandville leads 5A outdoor track top performers

Scotlandville swept the boys and girls Class 5A title late Saturday to punctuate the outdoor track and field state championships at LSU's Bernie Moore Stadium.   And the Hornets' boys were led, like many other top schools, by several multisport standouts, particularly athletes with football backgrounds and futures.   Here's a look at the more than 60 student-athletes we know with varying high school football backgrounds — including several notable Division-I prospects — who scored points for their teams in the meet. Jeremiah Boudreaux — 6-2, 160 DB/WR — Airline (2024)   The top Class 5A performer from north Louisiana, the Vikings' standout won the 300-meter hurdles (36.76), finished third in the 110-meter hurdles (13.95) and led off the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:18.70).
