This is a dynamic group of players and the entire list of ranked and WL wide receiver prospects is below with analysis on several of the prospects who grace that list.

Continue ReadingNathan Carignan Nathan Carignan 6'2" | 200 lbs | WR Saint-Jean | 2025 State CAD – Saint-Jean
Carignan out of Saint-Jean was not only one of the top-producing WRs in all of Canada last season but has a very impressive tape that showcases the athleticism and route running that sets him apart from the other WRs in this class. Carignan is a very smooth athlete and his ability to change direction and accelerate makes him so difficult to cover. He showcases on film one of the most developed route trees in the country and he can create separation at all three levels of the field. What I like about Cariganan is how often he can line up on the LOS and make plays showing that his game can translate to the NCAA. After the catch is is not afraid to play physically and he knows how to use his body and strength to his advantage. One of the most complete WR prospects I have scouted in Canada.
Jazon Bile Jazon Bile 6'0" | 185 lbs | WR Vanier | 2025 State CAD – Vanier
Another Montreal prospect, Bile out of Vanier could have been the best slotback in Canada this past season. Bile has really impressive ball-tracking skills down the field on deep routes and showcases multiple times on his tape. Bile is twitchy and can change direction showcasing good elusiveness both after the catch and in his route running. Bile is a prospect that can run a bunch of routes well from the slot and knows how to get open in nearly every area of the field from the slotback position.
Lucas Weir Lucas Weir 6'0" | 180 lbs | WR Clarkson Football North | 2025 State CAD – Clarkson Football North
Weir who has plenty of accolades returns as one of the key pieces on Clarkson Football North’s roster. Last season, Weir put a ton of impressive reps on tape and is one of the more dangerous deep threats in this class. Weir can separate downfield from the slot or on the outside and showcased an effective double move creating separation with little change of speed and quick cuts. Weir also was solid after the catch showcasing the willingness to run through tackles and fight for extra yards.
Christian Thomas Christian Thomas 6'1" | WR Jasper Place | 2025 State CAD – Jasper Place
Thomas was a player that I had no idea about until I was watching tape on his quarterback and he really stood out on tape. Thomas is one of if not the best wider receivers in Canada when it comes to stretching the field as a vertical threat. The long lanky WR prospect has good ball-tracking skills but his long strides and direct style of route running make hi very hard to cover. While he is not a “jump ball” type of WR he can make tough contested catches down the field on a consistent basis.
Benny Hageleit Benny Hageleit 5'11" | 175 lbs | WR New Westminster | 2025 State CAD – New Westminster
Hageleit out of New Westminster plays with his brother at QB and the WR prospect also is a solid CB potentially warranting his position being ATH instead of WR. Hageleit showcases some impressive athleticism on tape where any time he touches the ball he can end up in the endzone. He has strong hands as a WR which is also evident defensively with some of his INTs on tape but what separates him from many is his ability to get open.
