Some of these players have a few offers and with the help of big senior seasons I can see all of them playing college football at some level.
Talyn Poole Talyn Poole 6'3" Central | 2025 FL QB/TE/ATH- Central High c/o 25
6’3 225lbs
Poole had a really good junior season for Central High, he was used in a variety of different roles and was a big contributor for the Bears. Poole passed for 337 yards and 2 touchdowns, rushed for 91 yards and 4 touchdowns, and finished with 11 receptions for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns. Poole has good size and versatility, and shows the ability to play multiple positions. He is a two-sport athlete (Baseball) that also possess a 3.0 GPA.
Mason Starke WR/DB- Seminole High c/o 25
6’0 155lbs
Starke is a player that flashes a lot of ability as an athlete. He is a two-way player that excels on both sides of the ball; on offenses he finished with 36 carries for 153 yards and 2 touchdowns and 8 receptions for 188 yards a touchdown. On defense he finished with 22 tackles, 1 TFL, and 2 INTs. Starke is a versatile athlete that flashes ability at receiver showing the ability to reel in tough catches in traffic, attacks the ball in the air, and has good athleticism to play on either side of the ball.
Eli Cochran, WR/DB- Canterbury School c/o 26
6’2 175lbs
Cochran is a talented athlete that will turn some heads this season. He is a multi-sport athlete (Basketball) and team captain. He is one of the top returning athletes in the South Florida area, and last season on defense he finished with 39 tackles, 5 INT’s and a forced fumble. Cochran also chipped in on offense with 45 passing yards, 34 yards rushing. and 6 receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown. Cochran shows the instincts to play man or zone, comes downhill quickly is very physical against the run and will deliver blows. Coaches need to head over the Fort Myers, Florida and check out him out!
Martin Taylor, RB/CB- Newsome High c/o 26
5’9 160lbs
Taylor is a player coaches need to keep an eye on in 2024. Taylor is another multi-faceted player that excels on both sides of the ball. He finished with 21 tackles, 1 INT, and 1 forced fumble. On offense he had 53 carries for 299 yards and 2 touchdowns, and 4 receptions for 63 yards. Taylor shows the ability and acceleration to drop his hips and drive on the ball in coverage, and is a willing tackler against the run. On offense he runs with good vision and acceleration to attack the hole. Taylor is a player on the rise and is a player coaches need to check out this spring.
