In this article, we are going to highlight several prospects that were putting in the work over the weekend, last weekend.
Bryson Thompson Bryson Thompson 5'9" | 160 lbs | WR Searcy | 2027 AR -Wide Receiver-Searcy-2027
The Searcy wide receiver is a player that has the speed to stretch the field from a vertical perspective. He mixes his route running with his quickness in impressive fashion. Thompson is a wide receiver that is constantly working on his game and honing the details. He is the type of wide receiver that can turn a short gain into an explosive one. Over the next couple of seasons, I expect big seasons from Thompson. He is a worker spent part of his weekend perfecting his route running.

Over the past few years, Kaleb Johnson Kaleb Johnson 5'7" | 165 lbs | RB Fayetteville | 2026 State AR has shown that he has the speed to be dangerous at the running back position. He is a prospect that has good vision and is patient enough to allow rushing lane to develop. Johnson reads the opposing defense well and makes wise decisions on the rushing lanes to use. Last weekend, Johnson spent time in the weight room as he prepares for spring football in a few weeks. He is a prospect that I am excited to watch as the spring season gets closer.

Jakobe Boone Jakobe Boone 5'7" | 160 lbs | RB Bryant | 2027 AR is a name to become familiar with over the next couple of months. He is a running back that has tremendous speed. Bone reads his blockers well and does a good job of picking out the rushing lane to use. He has opened some eyes with his ability to catch the football. Boone is a good route running and his speed in the open field is impressive. He is another talented prospect that Bryant has had no problem producing over the past few years. Bone is a prospect to watch out for over the next couple of seasons for Bryant. He has exploded on to the 7-on-7 circuit the past few weeks.
Jaiden Gaddy Jaiden Gaddy 5'8" | 175 lbs | LB Morrilton | 2026 State AR -Linebacker-Morrilton-2026
The linebacker position in the class of 2026 has the potential to be a great one over the next couple of seasons. Gaddy is quick linebacker that reads the pass plays extremely well. He is active in pass coverage and has the ability to pick off passes or simply bat them away from opposing wide receivers. Gaddy can feel the rushing lanes and shut down the opponent’s rushing attack as well. The work he is putting in this spring has been impressive, and I look forward to seeing him play this spring and fall.

Kamauri Austin Kamauri Austin 6'4" | 185 lbs | WR Bryant | 2026 State AR is one of the most versatile athletes in the state of Arkansas. On the offensive side of the ball, he is a crisp route runner, and he uses them to create separation. He does a great job of catching anything that is thrown in his direction. Meanwhile, in the secondary, he uses his skills as a wide receiver to cause problems for opposing offenses. Austin is a dangerous player on both sides of the ball and he proved that in 7-on-7 play over the weekend.
