With that being said, I wanted to highlight some players at each position that deserve and are still seeking their first college offer. After already covering the offensive side of the ball, I have now turned my attention to the defensive side of the ball. With the defensive linemen out of the way, here are some linebackers in the class of 2025 in the state of Missouri that still need offers.
Theodore Grace Theodore Grace 6’2″ | 215 lbs | LB Kearney | 2025 State MO is a player that I’m surprised hasn’t picked up his first offer yet. Grace had a strong junior year at middle linebacker for Kearney. He is very impressive against the run, showing the ability to read his keys and flow to the ball carrier in a hurry to make the tackle in the open field. Grace finished this past season with 124 tackles in 12 games. He has also shown the ability to make plays against the pass, using perfect timing to blitz through his gap to put pressure on the quarterback while also showing the ability to drop into coverage. Grace hasn’t reported a ton of college interest but I expect college coaches to have their eyes on him heading into his senior year.

Eliot Hummer Eliot Hummer 6’3″ | 215 lbs | LB Ft. Zumwalt West | 2025 State MO is a linebacker that jumped onto my radar when evaluating junior year film. He has shown the versatility to play both inside and outside the box. Hummer is a dangerous pass rusher, using his speed to blitz through inside gaps and also come off the edge, blowing by opposing offensive linemen on his way to the quarterback. He has also shown the ability to come downhill in a hurry to make tackles against the run. I can see some offers coming Eliot’s way soon as he has received some college interest and has the talent to play at the next level.
Parker Elliott Parker Elliott 6’2″ | 210 lbs | LB Ozark | 2025 State MO is another linebacker that had a strong junior year. He lines up at inside linebacker where he is dominant against the run. Elliott does a great job of reading his keys and coming downhill in a hurry to meet the ball carrier before they can get going. Once he gets to the ball carrier, he finishes his tackles with a ton of physicality. Parker finished this past season with 136 tackles and four tackles for loss in 11 games. He also showed the ability to rush the passer, finishing the year with one sack. I wouldn’t be surprised to see some offers come his way soon as Parker has already received some college interest.

My final linebacker in this series is Tylon Horton Tylon Horton 6’2″ | 210 lbs | LB St. Mary’s | 2025 State MO . Horton had a strong year at inside linebacker, showing an impressive ability to stop the run. He does a great job of reading his keys and using his speed to get to the ball carrier in a hurry to make tackles in the open field. Tylon finished his junior year with 96 tackles and 12 tackles for loss in 10 games. He also showed the ability to make plays against the pass, finishing the season with five sacks and an interception. I expect some offers to come Horton’s way going into his senior year as he has already received a good amount of college interest.
