Coaches and athletes feel free to DM suggestions for the Class of 2026 rankings at @KSScoutDeck or email information at deckscoutks@gmail.com. I need full name, height, weight, position, and high school to consider a player for the rankings.

George Vonleonard, LB, 5'11”, 195, Dighton, ‘25

Vonleonard had a monster season as a junior finishing with 148 total tackles for the Dighton Hornets. A total of 92 of his tackles were of the solo variety. The Hornet linebacker is disruptive in the backfield as he recorded 15 tackles for lost yardage. The Dighton prospect is ranked No. 361 overall in the Kansas Class of 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='1115719' first='Oakley' last='Duvall'], ATH, 6'1”, 135, South Barber, ‘25

Duvall racked up 129 total tackles for South Barber last fall. He is listed as an athlete because he also caught 8 touchdown passes last season for Chieftains. He has solid speed and good hands. The versatile athlete caught 28 balls for 579 yards and recorded 19 TFLs. He is ranked No. 309 overall by Prep Redzone Kansas.

[player_tooltip player_id='1214923' first='Gabe' last='Smith'], LB, 5'9”, 200, Lakeside, ‘25

The Lakeside Knights had a linebacker finish with 100-plus tackles. Smith registered 101 total tackles in nine games played. Smith is ranked No. 319 overall by Prep Redzone used his speed to record four quarterback sacks and 11 TFLs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1229106' first='Carson' last='Vineyard'], LB, 5'9”, 155, Argonia/Attica, ‘26

Vineyard finished his sophomore season with 106 total tackles in nine games. He is a tough-nosed backer for the Titans who had almost an even split between solo tackles and assisted tackles. Look for Vineyard in the Class of 2026 rankings during the May update.

[player_tooltip player_id='1229109' first='Brevyn' last='Campbell'], LB, 5'10”, 175, Marmaton Valley, ‘26

Campbell will be making his rankings debut next month at Prep Redzone. He finished his sophomore season with 106 total tackles. In nine games for the Wildcats, he recorded five tackles for loss and one quarterback sack. Campbell is also a solid prospect on the baseball diamond and basketball court.

[player_tooltip player_id='1115507' first='Jack' last='Herd'], DB, 6'1”, 180, South Central, ‘26

Herd has the pack mentality for the South Central Timberwolves. Of his 100 total tackles as a sophomore 76 of them were assisted tackles. He had an impressive stat line that included one quarterback sack, one fumble recovery, two interceptions, and nine TFLs. He has the versatility to play linebacker, corner, or safety.
