Here are the top performing quarterbacks from Prep Redzone’s Stock-Up showcase in Oregon last month:
Ben Schneider Ben Schneider 6’0″ | 180 lbs | QB Oregon City | 2025 State OR is a 6’0 185-pound quarterback from Oregon City HS. He’s class of 2025. Schneider is an accurate QB with great vision. He has a hefty arm and was one of the most accurate quarterbacks from the showcase. Last season for OCHS, Schneider registered 1,455 yards, and a 57.5% completion percentage in eight appearances. He completed 100 out of 174 passes thrown on the season. Schneider also recorded 15 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He additionally averaged 189.1 yards and two touchdowns a game. Schneider currently has no offers but has garnered a lot of interest from various programs. These programs include North Dakota state, Eastern Washington, Colorado School of Mines and Minot state. Some D2 and D3 schools have also expressed interest in Schneider.
Jackson Bell is a 6’1 170-pound quarterback from Sherwood HS. Bell is class of 2025. He is an athletic quarterback with a great arm. Bell is also quite accurate and has a quick release. He can throw a clean spiral and a great deep ball. Bell is a poised quarterback with a high football IQ. Jackson Bell was undoubtedly one of the most gifted quarterbacks from the showcase. Although Bell didn’t get a lot of playing time last season because he was behind a senior all-conference quarterback, he remains undeterred. “After not getting much opportunity in my junior season, I’m more hungry and dedicated to my senior football season,” said Bell. “I feel like this year is going to be huge for me, leading a talented team.” Bell is additionally looking forward to the season and the recruiting process. Despite not having any offers currently, Bell has acquired interest from multiple D3 schools, including Linfield, Pacific University, Lewis and Clark, Pacific Lutheran and University of Puget Sound.

Hudson Hughes Hudson Hughes 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Stayton | 2025 OR is a 5’10” 175-pound quarterback from Stayton HS. He’s class of 2025. Hughes is a strong and shifty quarterback who is mobile. His solid footwork and speed allows him pocket mobility. Hughes is a dual threat quarterback, who excels at running and throwing the ball. Last season, Hughes registered 1,780 passing yards in nine games played for Stayton. He also tallied ten passing touchdowns and five rushing touchdowns. Hughes had 15 TD’s and six interceptions last season. Hughes performs at a high level on the field and in the classroom. He has a 3.83 GPA. Hughes has impressively drawn interest from both Harvard and Princeton. He also has interest from Puget Sound, Carleton College and University of Pennsylvania.
Jordan Rossetta Jordan Rossetta 6’4″ | 200 lbs | QB Grants Pass | 2027 State OR is a 6’3”, 205-pound quarterback from Grants Pass HS. Rossetta is class of 2027. Last season, Rossetta saw some action on Varsity as a freshman. Last season, Rossetta had three touchdowns and six picks in three games played. He additionally completed 23 of 47 passes thrown, with a 47.9% efficiency. Rossetta tallied 247 yards in his freshman campaign. Rossetta is a young and sizable quarterback with a lot of potential. With his large frame, Rossetta has a lot of upside. He currently has no offers, but has impressively drawn interest from BYU. A few weeks ago, a BYU staff member recently came down to meet with Rossetta and his coach. I’m excited to watch Rossetta continue to improve.
