Beyond just grabbing the #1 spot on SC Top 10 for his behind the back interception, which we address in his interview below, he is typically always around the ball and making plays. This is a D1 level kid just starting to break into his full potential!

What has changed in your life since your interception in the state championship game went viral?
A lot has changed! People will try to do the catch when they see me, and a lot more people know who I am now.
How do you feel the 2023 season went for you and your team?
I feel as if 2023 was a failed mission for my team, but we will bounce back for sure!
What about your mentality makes you so special at the DB position?
I just feel like when I line up against someone when I’m at DB, nobody is better than me. I don’t care how tall or big the person is. That’s just my mindset every time.
What are your biggest strengths as a football player?
I feel like my biggest strengths as a football player is tackling, breaking tackles for extra yards, my catching ability, and my quickness.
What do you think you need to improve on as a football player?
I feel like there’s always room to improve on being better at learning offenses and defenses and recognizing what they are running.
What has the recruitment process been like for you so far?
The recruiting process has been nothing but amazing, being able to build relationships with all of the coaches.
Is there anyone you model your game after?
I model my game after a lot of players like Jalen Ramsey, Patrick Surtain, Jamarr Chase and a lot of other people!
