Kyson Douglas Kyson Douglas 5'8" | 185 lbs | RB Puyallup | 2025 State WA – RB – Puyallup HS – Kyson is only 5’8″ but is one of the strongest athletes out there in the state. He benches roughly 300 pounds, squats 495 pounds, and recently even did a 585 pound box squat. Douglas uses his strength on the field to run over defenders. but also is one of the most dynamic players on the field always.
Zakariess Salamu – CB – Southridge HS – Here’s a defensive back that will have a big season next year in my eyes. He has great speed, being able to stay with receivers well. He’s a 5’11” corner who benches 235, squats 315, and cleans 220. His strength shows on the field when he wins 1on1 battles with opposing receivers and when he’s taking down the ball carrier.
Simon VanderWel – OL/DL – Kings HS – Simon is a monster on both sides of the ball, being effective and causing havoc for opposing teams. He was first conference for both last year and will have an even bigger year this upcoming season, his senior year. VanderWel deadlifts 500 pounds, squats 405 pounds (3 times), and can even do a 42 inch box jump smoothly. He is a great athlete.
Connor Coleman – WR – WF West HS – Connor is going to step into a bigger role next season for this WF West team and will have a breakout year, in my eyes. He is electric on the field and has great speed with the ability to create space at the top of his routes. He has been bulking up for the football season, recently squatting 405 pounds with ease.
Tyson Glenn-Thomas Tyson Glenn-Thomas 5'10" | 175 lbs | ATH Lindbergh | 2026 State WA – ATH – Lindbergh HS – Tyson is going to have a big breakout season as a junior next year. He’s a do-it all player for the team and does great things on the field in many different ways. He has already put on 15 pounds since last season ended, putting in a lot of work in the weight room. Be on the watch for Tyson next season on the football field.
