Brennan, who is the signal caller for Nepean Eagles in Ontario was one of the best young quarterbacks in the country this past season. Brennan shows good poise in the pocket, especially considering his age, consistent and smooth in his drops Brennan poise is a big contributor to his pocket awareness. With the ability to control the pocket, Brennen is more than a one-read quarterback, he lets route concepts develop and does a good job of pushing the ball down the field. Brennan needs to continue to grow and develop his arm strength and velocity but the touch and decision making are there. A quality prospect who shows some really promising quality at a young age.

Highlights
Medcalf, plays Center for St. Andrew’s College, Medcalf body is still developing but he shows a frame that can add strength and size in both his upper and lower half. Medcalf can at times be a position blocker but flashes the ability to win due to good hand placement and move to the second level from double teams, Medcalf explodes out of the snap quickly and plays with good leverage and balance. A young prospect who will need to continue to grow and get stronger but showcases some skillsets that are far along for his age.

StDennis, already has a good frame for his age, playing primarily right tackle StDennis is often used in space. He moves well and has quick feet in open space, in pass pro StDennis plays with good balance and showcases the ability to move laterally against quicker smaller rushers. StDennis can continue to develop his ability to bend and to block with better leverage without lounging forward. Overall, he showcases some really good movement skills and has some traits that really impress you at his age and this point in his development.

Makonzo already has a solid build, and while he still will and needs to develop as an athlete there probably is not a LB in this class that hits harder than Makonzo. Makonzo is a great tackler and he has upper body strength and lead to some really physical violent tackles. Makonzo works through traffic around the LOS really well and can work sideline to sideline triggering downhill fast. There are some really solid looks on tape of him dropping into coverage and reading the quarterback well. There is a lot of work to do with his technique in coverage but the instincts and ability to make plays in coverage are on tape.

Lannon who plays MIKE LB for John Abbott already has good frame and size to play at the next level, in space he is a fluid mover and can turn his hips and run vertically in coverage. Lannon’s best skillset is shedding and avoiding oncoming blocks, Lannon has good hand usage at the POA and excels making blockers not even get a hand on him using short area quickness and pad level. Lannon shows patience at the snap but triggers downhill fast as plays develop often ending up around the LOS when he makes contact with ball carriers. Lannon will need to continue to get strong, showcase a strong initial punch when taking on blocks and continue to build more burst and explosiveness as an athlete but there are some really high-level traits in his game already.
