2024 Mississippi Wolfpack Evaluations

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I was truly impressed with what I saw today. These kids are some dogs who are going place. We were able to see some great guys who know how to play the game. Let's check it out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Marquez Taylor</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Taylor is as 2029 kid from Yazoo City that was off the chain with his route running. This young man already knows how to get busy and get separation from the line. It was a lot of good things to see about his game yesterday. I can see that he is going to be a guy that has a chance to play on the next level. He is about 5-foot-7, 130 pounds. He is a guy to know.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Elyjah McIntryre</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This young man was one of the best defenders out there. He is a guy that is going to help the Wolfpack out a lot on defense. The young man from Byram was the most versatile defensive player that showed up to the evaluation. He looks like he will be able to play the linebacker position as well as defensive back.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Mye'son Shepard</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Shepard is another defensive player that stepped up big. He is another guy that is going to be a little versatile on their defense. You want to see guys like him holding it down in the secondary. It was fun to watch him go out there and do his thang yesterday.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Vincenzo Casavechia</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Casavechia is one of the best throwing quarterbacks you will find at his age. This young man has been training hard to be a good quarterback. He is a 2029 guy from Greenville St Joe. Casavechia was out there making some accurate throws. He was also making some good pre snap reads. He is a guy to keep your eyes on.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Braylan Short</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Short is a guy that has some good height. He stands about 5-foot-10, and he knows how to go and get the football. We think that we are going to see him make some big plays this season. He is a dog that knows how to go and get the rock. The better his route running gets, the sooner he will start receiving some interests from division one programs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
