Justin Kabera Justin Kabera 6'0" | 160 lbs | DB Harrisburg | 2025 State SD , DB, Harrisburg Twitter
I have always been impressed with the transitional speed our newest 2025 DB1 has in Harrisburg’s Justin Kabera Justin Kabera 6'0" | 160 lbs | DB Harrisburg | 2025 State SD has grown going back to watching him for the first time during my 7v7 circuit scouting last season. He shows off the reactive trigger with his ball-tracking you expect out of the best DB South Dakota has to offer that has picked up some Division I interest recently. Justin is a DB prospect that has certainly worked his tail off in-season and off-season to move up two spots amongst our 2025 DB group as this kid’s work ethic I believe will shoot up his overall ranking in state much further after summer camps show the Midwest what he brings to the table.
Dominic Kalacinski Dominic Kalacinski 6'4" | 180 lbs | ATH Sunshine Bible Academy | 2025 State SD , ATH, Sunshine Bible Academy Twitter
Dominic had an intriguing transition from Harrisburg to Sunshine Bible Academy in which I thought the move showed off the position flexibility that this young man has his disposal. Another big reason why Dominic I believe has that position flexibility is there as the athletic movement Dominic showed off as a 6’4 185 pound defensive back certainly drew his flexible skillsets as a two-way target. His upper body length and vertical shows off excellent athleticism and reach as Dominic certainly showed off a prospect that has the most swiss army knife traits within this group of prospects from this group of stockrisers on this list, as Dominic moved up nearly five spots from last update.
Rylen Coe Rylen Coe 6'3" | 240 lbs | OL Elkton-Lake Benton | 2025 State SD , OL, Elkton-Lake Benton Twitter
As a frequent Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase alumni, I have not only watched Rylen grow from top to bottom grow out his size but he excelled this winter with his skillsets this winter at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase in Jamestown as well. I love the development Rylen has shown in pass-protection with his pad level and the speed of his hands have certainly developed from my last live evaluation, and both of those skillsets popped out significantly as well in Jamestown so the consistency is there for the taking. The tape shows also more upside with Rylen with his angle blocking, as his ability to thread the edge of his defender shows off his sufficient balance. This kid certainly is a scholarship-level target and one that I love the upside he has as as a stockriser this winter.
Braylon Marshall Braylon Marshall 5'11" | 195 lbs | LB Rapid City Christian | 2025 State SD , LB Rapid City Christian
One of the most physical 2025 stockrisers especially at the linebacker position hails from Rapid City Christian in LB prospect Braylon Marshall Braylon Marshall 5'11" | 195 lbs | LB Rapid City Christian | 2025 State SD . The persistence Braylon shows off in and around the edges of the inside box is going to impress several college coaches with the range he has grown, which has improved significantly from his sophomore tape evaluation. Braylon is a wrecking ball when he gets downhill as a middle linebacker that by far is one of this 2025 classes’s hardest hitters at linebacker.
