Happy National Signing Day to all. I keep finding more athletes who have announced commitments and while I understand the day is far from over, I also don't want to get too far behind.

Here is another group of ranked players who have signed with four-year programs. I will have more reports as the week continues and players please tag me in your announcements on X @KSScoutDeck, so I don't miss you.

Members of the Class of 2024 who have yet to commit feel free to reach out as there will be plenty of schools still hunting to fill empty slots and we'll have more reports on your class during the spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='230440' first='Dylan' last='Dunn'], QB, 6'3”, 190, Blue Valley Southwest (Brigham Young)

I have been watching Dunn closely. Coming into National Signing Day he was the highest-ranked Kansas athlete yet to commit. The BVSW gun-slinger and the No. 21 ranked player in the Class of 2024 will be playing for the Big 12 program BYU. Dunn who threw for more than 9,000 yards over the past three seasons will now play for the program that created NFL quarterbacks Jim McMahon and Steve Young.

[player_tooltip player_id='415284' first='Bryce' last='Noernberg'], ATH, 5'10”, 160, Olathe South (Kansas State)

Noernberg is headed west from Olathe to Manhattan. He is a versatile athlete who is currently ranked No. 71 in Kansas. He rushed for 1,520 yards and 31 touchdowns as a senior. He also threw for 1,1173 yards and 11 touchdowns. The question for the Wildcat faithful is what position will he end up playing for Kansas State. He could play QB, RB, WR, or DB before it's all said and done.

[player_tooltip player_id='938454' first='Ryan' last='French'], TE, 6'2”, 205, Lansing (William Jewell)

French was the No. 5-ranked tight end in Kansas. He will be playing for the Division II program William Jewell. French can contribute as a run-blocker or as a target in the passing game. He runs solid routes and was underutilized in the offensive scheme during his senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='826366' first='Isaiah' last='Kincade'], ATH, 6'1”, 190, Topeka High (Washburn)

Kincade had a down season in 2023 as did the Trojans which did not help his stock. However, Washburn likes his athleticism and has added him to a large recruiting class stocked up with homegrown Sunflower State and Capital City talent. Kincade is currently ranked No. 102 on the Prep Redzone rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id='262764' first='Tanner' last='Heckel'], QB, 5'11”, 165, Lyndon (Illinois)

Heckel is proof that 8-man football players can get recruited by Power 5 programs. Lyndon's stud athlete who transferred from Inman has committed to play for the Big 10's Fighting Illini. Heckel ranked No. 169, rushed for 2,313 yards, and threw for 1,062 during his senior season. He found the end zone 50 times on the ground and threw for 19 touchdowns for the 8-Man DI State Champions. Heckel joins fellow teammate [player_tooltip player_id='335818' first='Kaedin' last='Massey'] at Division I schools, and Massey (the No. 2 ranked player in Kansas) as committed to play for Kansas State.

[player_tooltip player_id='813413' first='Cooper' last='D'Albini'], TE, 6'4”, 210, Spring Hill (Washburn)

D'Albini is a dangerous threat in the passing game. He has excellent speed for his size and to use a volleyball term – he is bouncy. He can high-point a football and be an important target in the red zone. The Spring Hill prospect is currently ranked No. 192 and is another solid addition to the Ichabod's '24 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='415414' first='Blake' last='Redmond'], ATH, 5'8”, 150, Silver Lake (Washburn)

Redmond is a dangerous threat in the backfield who can all catch passes and be a factor on special teams. He finished his senior season with 10 rushing, seven receiving, and three special teams touchdowns. He had over 1.251 total yards of offense for the Silver Lake Eagles. The Washburn commit is currently ranked No. 207 overall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1107712' first='David' last='Garcia'], RB, 5'9” 155, Bishop Miege (Missouri S&T)

Garcia is a talented running back who can make explosive plays. He is ranked No. 248 in the Kansas Class of 2024 and will be playing Division II football. The Stag product has committed to play for Missouri S&T a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference and finished 4-7 last season. Garcia could be used early on as a return man for the Miners.

[player_tooltip player_id='1107805' first='Mason' last='Hogan'], DL, 6'5, 285, Plainville (Fort Hays State)

Hogan is a strong run-stopping lineman from Plainville. He will head to Fort Hays State to play for Tigers' head coach Chris Brown. Hogan could play on the offensive or defensive line depending on the Tigers' needs and depth. Hogan is currently ranked No. 292 among the 330 ranked players in the Class of 2024 which will be expanded later this month.

[player_tooltip player_id='826183' first='Brax' last='Fisher'], WR, 6'2”, 180, Abilene (Washburn)

The Abilene speedster is ranked No. 129 by Prep Redzone. Fisher could play as either a defensive back or wideout for Washburn. Fisher is an accomplished basketball player as well and had several offers to play football. He ultimately picked football and Washburn.
