Kane Archer is one of the highly anticipated recruits out of the class of 2026. He is the number one rated overall player and 1st overall at his position in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2026. He’s able to hit all levels of the field (short, intermediate and deep) with good precision, accuracy and ball placement. Displays good decision-making while being able to anticipate his throws and allow his receivers potential YAC (yards after catch) opportunities. There is no doubt about his arm talent and deep ball ability. Excels in the vertical passing game due to his strong forward momentum on his delivery. Demonstrates an over-the-top delivery with an arm motion that is flexible. During his film evaluation, you can see his mobility inside and outside of the pocket where he can extend plays and continue to throw on the run with accuracy. Within the pocket, he’s very agile with fluid mobility and he’s able to keep his eyes downfield. Archer has really good awareness of incoming pressure and has good patience in the pocket, keeping his poise. Moves through his progressions really well, displaying his high-level IQ.

Grant Karnes is the definition of a reliable target with his consistent and strong hands at the point of the catch. He is the 7th rated overall player and 1st overall at his position in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2025. Good fluidity in the hips with solid route running ability with his underrated physicalness throughout the route. Able to create separation almost immediately while being a one-on-one jump ball threat, expanding the offense.

Cody Taylor is an offensive lineman that explodes off the line of scrimmage. He is the 3rd rated overall player and 1st overall at his position in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2026. Demonstrates good and consistent footwork with good hand placement to gain inside leverage. He can create rushing lanes while being able to extend and get to the second level with ease. Displays a mix of speed and raw power that is rare for his age. Agile puller that can get out in space and can stay in front of his man in pass protection. His ability to control his opposition during pass sets is impressive. Taylor started all 13 games this season, amassing almost 900 snaps.

Dynamic at his position, showcasing impressive athleticism and good containment skills outside on the edge. Plays with excellent bend, speed and hand placement to beat his opposition. Archer is consistent with effective technique. His quickness off the snap with his power is impressive.

Displays good ball tracking skills with great stop and go ability, forcing the defenders into a blender. Has a repertoire of release moves to beat his man at the line of scrimmage, making himself a vertical threat. Solid route running and separation skills. He as the potential to be a versatile threat at the next level whether it’s vertical, sweeps or putting him in RPO situations.

His communication within the line of scrimmage is impressive. Agile, able to combo block and then work his way up to the second level. The pass blocking ability is consistent, showcasing control and technique.
