Apelu checks into our rankings as the number two offensive lineman in this 2026 class, and deservingly so. He is a true road grader with massive size, natural strength and quickly moves defenders off the ball. He moves very well for his size, snaps out of his stance and has a strong punch to create immediate knock-back and also shows he can pull and get out in space to linebackers and second level defenders. He is a powerful kid already as a sophomore, and should find his home in college down the line at the IOL position. Look for Apelu to be a possible All-State candidate at this time next season.
Highlights
Dombek checks into our ranks as a top 20 player across the state in the 2026 class, and is a still developing prospect but shows good promise on his sophomore season tape and has the frame to pack on more mass and size. Dombek shows some athleticism from his tackle position with plus movement abilities in space, while also flashing patient hands and active feet in pass protection against both speed and power rushers, and does a nice job in the run game as well, getting out of his stance and having a strong initial strike with good hand placement/lower body drive. As he continues to grow and develop and add finishing blocks to his arsenal, he will be on college radars and continue to be one of the states best in his class at the offensive line position.
Highlights
Hatten is a no brainer to make our initial WL rankings and is one to keep a close eye on as he progresses through his Junior season in the Fall. He has the ideal size and frame for the next level at 6’4+ with solid movement abilities out in space and athleticism, but he is a still raw and developing prospect that has good potential as he continues to develop. He will be a three year starter by the time it’s all said and done for Priest River, and is a top candidate to crack into the offensive line ranks in the next update as he flashes some plus upside and next level potential.
