Continue ReadingSpencer Martin Spencer Martin 6’1″ | 150 lbs | WR Nazareth Academy | 2026 State IL has flown under the radar up to this point, but I see a ton of potential in him. Standing at 6’2″ and weighing 170 pounds, he possesses elite size at the wide receiver position. Look for him to continue developing into a big-time playmaker. Last year, he showcased his ability to create separation from defensive backs. In the red zone, he was a weapon with his length and body control, snatching balls out of the air. Martin has a lot of potential as he enters his junior season in 2024

Kingston Dunagan Kingston Dunagan 6’0″ | 210 lbs | LB Joliet Catholic Academy | 2026 IL is another player on this list who has yet to break out. I believe he will have a monster junior season and really turn heads with his play on the field. Dunagan is a physical linebacker who can not only shut down plays tackle to tackle but also possesses the speed to run sideline to sideline. I like him inside at the Mike position, where he is able to showcase his best attributes as a player. He should be a big part of a loaded JCA team this fall.

Owen Sisson
Owen Sisson
I loved watching Owen Sisson’s film from this past season. He contributed on both the offensive and defensive lines as a sophomore in 2023. The first thing that jumps out from his film is his quickness off the ball. He does a great job beating offensive linemen to their spot and shedding blockers with his hands. He plays with great effort as well, always showing up on tackles on defense. Sisson should be even more dominant this year in 2024.rn
Jaiduan Cranford
Jaiduan Cranford
Jaiduan Cranford led the Metamora backfield in 2023 as a sophomore with 1,300 yards and 14 touchdowns. Cranford’s film is impressive, showcasing his ability to make a cut and then get vertical. Once he is in the open field, he is hard to catch, displaying good top-end speed. At any time, Cranford can find daylight and take it to the house. I believe he will soon be a household name in the world of recruiting in the coming years.
