Continue ReadingChristopher Climes Christopher Climes 6’2″ | 270 lbs | DL Elizabeth Forward | 2025 State PA has some of the best films for an offensive and defensive lineman prospect. He has a good combination of strength and athleticism to play both positions. He shows off his athleticism at the offensive line by pulling out in front of ball carriers and blocking defensive linemen. He also does a nice job of blocking down and reaching defensive players. He gets off the ball quickly at the defensive line and then creates havoc for the offense. He has a great swim move, using it to get past offensive lineman. Climes recently picked up an offer from Eastern Michigan. He also visited Michigan State. I expect more offers to come soon.
Jack Mahoney Jack Mahoney 6’4″ | 225 lbs | TE Dallastown | 2025 State PA is a good tight end who has a nice combination of blocking and catching the ball. As a pass catcher, he runs good routes and catches the ball well in traffic. He is good at finding the soft spot in the zone and sitting down to catch the ball. Mahoney isn’t necessarily a burner with speed, but he runs well overall. As a blocker, he is a nice chest piece you can move around and he can lead block or block on the edge. Majoney can get better as a blocker and I think he will when he gains more strength in the off-season. He can also be used as a slot receiver. Mahoney is an impressive prospect who recently picked up an offer from Towson.
Highlights
Kenyan Brown Kenyan Brown 6’1″ | 175 lbs | ATH South Park | 2025 State PA ‘s 1st two plays on his film are pick 6’s. Both are impressive because he is playing safety, reads it perfectly intercepts the passes, and then uses his speed to go return it for touchdowns. Brown does a great job of reading the quarterback’s eyes and then making a play on the ball. Brown is also a good tackler in the open field. He also does a nice job as a receiver. He runs good routes and catches the ball well. Brown especially catches the ball well when it is a contested catch. Brown is a good player who should get some College Football looks next year.
Highlights
Joshua Carr
Joshua Carr
Joshua Carr flashed good skills as a cornerback and a kickoff returner for Hampton last year. As a cornerback he does a nice job playing in zone coverage. He has good technique of dropping deep and when the ball is thrown his way he does a good job of making a play on the ball. As a kickoff returner he shows good speed and elusiveness. He returned two kickoffs for touchdowns and both of them showed how talented he is in the open field. Carr should continue to play at a high level next season.
Pierce Schoenhofen Pierce Schoenhofen 6’2″ | 235 lbs | OL Chambersburg Area | 2025 State PA is a talented lineman who played at both offensive line and defensive line for Chambersburg last year. In both positions he showed good strength and moved well. At the offensive line he shows that he has good feet and moves well. He does a nice job going down and blocking linebackers. He also does a good job in pass protection. At the defensive line he shows his strength by not being moved off his spot. Schoenhofen is a good prospect who should only play better going into his Senior year.
Prince Crooms
Prince Crooms
Prince Cooms film is primarily Junior Varsity. He played wide receiver, defensive back and as a kickoff returner last year. He shows off a good combination of athleticism and strength, especially for someone standing 6’0 inches tall. As a wide receiver he catches the ball well and runs good routes. As a defensive back he has good coverage skills. As a kickoff returner he doesn’t look like he is going fast, but he just runs past the kickoff team. Crooms is a good athlete who should get plenty of Varsity time this season.
