Chris Nunley
Chris Nunley
Nunley is 5’7″ tall and 130lbs. The best way to describe Nunley is to simply say he is an athlete. He is very versatile and can do just about anything you can ask him to do on the football field. He has taken snaps as a receiver, running back, and quarterback in his career at Falkner. In my eyes he stood out more as receiver than anything else to me. He runs clean routes and seems to find himself in the right place at the right time. In 2023, he had 57 receptions for 1,139 yards and 12 touchdowns along with 50 carries for 555 yards and six touchdowns on the ground.
Snell is 5’10” 175 lbs. Snell is the pride on the Wingfield receiving corp. Mario is a very talented athlete that runs clean crisp routes and seems to always be the fastest person on the field. I see him as more of a slot type of receiver. In 2023, Snell had 39 receptions for 770 yards and 10 touchdowns. On the ground he had 11 carries for 91 yards and 1 touchdown.
Peyton Johnson Peyton Johnson 6'2" | 200 lbs | WR Murrah | 2025 MS
Peyton Johnson Peyton Johnson 6'2" | 200 lbs | WR Murrah | 2025 MS
Johnson is 6’2″ tall and 197 lbs. Johnson is apart of a special duo of receivers at Murrah. He plays extremely fast and he is very athletic. Johnson uses his body to make it difficult for the defensive back to make a play on the ball when it is in the air. His game reminds me of a younger A.J. Brown. In 2023, Johnson had 34 receptions for 693 yards and caught 10 touchdown passes.
Braishun Forbes Braishun Forbes 6'3" | 200 lbs | WR Murrah | 2025 MS
Braishun Forbes Braishun Forbes 6'3" | 200 lbs | WR Murrah | 2025 MS
Forbes is 6’2″ tall and 195 lbs. Forbes plays opposite of Johnson at Murrah and is a part of the special I duo I mentioned earlier. I can’t say enough about this kid. He has great vision and the ability to score from anywhere on the field. He attacks the ball at its highest point when it’s in the air makes it almost impossible for the opposing defense to make a play on the ball. In 2023, Forbes had 55 receptions for 894 yards and nine touchdown catches.
Phillips is 5’8″ tall and 180 lbs. Phillips is what I would call the ultimate slash. He can play anywhere on the field. Defenses have to scheme specifically for him to make sure that he does not beat them by himself. He has great ball skills when the ball is in his hands. Phillips sees the field better than most and is just a big time playmaker. In 2023, he had 87 receptions for 1,027 yards and caught six touchdown passes.
