Prep Redzone has all the details…
Chastan Brown – Northside
A long, lean offensive tackle who moves really well for size size at 6-foot-8 260-pounds, Brown is a promising young tackle with plenty of room to add more weight and muscle over the next two years. His length allows him to latch onto defenders which helps him drive defenders backwards. He plays really well in space and is a weapon in the screen game when getting to the second level to hunt down linebackers. He’s one of the top young prospects in the Warner Robins area and is starting to see his recruitment take off with recent offers from Florida Atlantic, Bowling Green, Georgia State, Houston, Liberty, UCF, among others. He shows a lot of potential and a high ceiling due to his size, length, and natural strength. He has a chance to have a dominant 2024 season next fall at a junior.
Gerritt Kemp – Hebron Christian
One of the hottest prospects in Gwinnett County right now, Kemp is an explosive two-way athlete who can catch and defend. He has easy Power Five size at 6-foot-3 180-pounds who can really run. As a receiver, he’s an easy weapon down the field who is crafty enough to create separation from defenders. He has enough speed that allows him to run away from defenders for a big score any time he has the ball. In total, Kemp caught 16 passes for 514 yards and seven touchdowns. That’s an eye-popping 32.1 yards per catch. He’s a big play waiting to happen and a solid defender as well, making 36 tackles, three INTs and two forced fumbles. He has a big season overall, and it’s led to big offers this past week from Ole Miss, Coastal Carolina, Indiana, N.C State, Virginia, and Northwestern. He’s a prospect to know who should make a big jump forward in the next 2025 Prep Redzone rankings.
Bailey “Siete” Benson – LB Eastside
A versatile defender who can play linebacker or safety, Bensons is a natural defender with good instincts and the ability to make a play on the ball. As a junior last year, the 6-foot-1 205-pounder was all over the field, making 66 tackles and four TFLs. He also added two sacks, one INT, and one forced fumble. He reads the play and knows how to run and make a tackle. He’s a productive, hard-hitting linebacker who packs a punch when he delivers a tackle. He flashes easy D1-potential and earned two recent offers from Georgia Southern and Coastal Carolina.
Evan Haynes Evan Haynes 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Fellowship Christian | 2025 State GA – Fellowship Christian
It was only a matter of time before this long, athletic wideout saw some offers come his way. Now, after a big sophomore season where he caught 33 passes for 671 yards and six touchdowns, Haynes has earned recent offers from Minnesota, Georgia Southern, Liberty, Indiana, Coastal Carolina, and Miami. And it’s easy to see why. At 6-foot-3 185-pounds, Haynes is a big-bodies receiver with a big catch radius along with strong, dependable hands. Playing for a more run-heavy offense, Haynes was a consistent easy go-to option in the passing game due to his big-play ability down the field. His size and body control allow him to make a tough catch in coverage while his concentration also stands out. He’s one of the better athletes and two-way players across Fulton County, and he’ll likely continue to see more Power Five offers come his way this off-season.
