Christian Harris Christian Harris 5’11” | 185 lbs | LB North Hills | 2027 State PA had a mix of some Varsity and Junior Varsity playing time, but he flashed some good skills at linebacker. Harris is a good athlete that runs well for a linebacker. He also has great instincts for the linebacker position. He does an excellent job of reading and reacting to the play and then coming downhill to make the tackle. Harris is also a good tackler, especially in the open field. Harris has a ton of growth left in him as a player and I cannot wait to watch his growth over the next few years.
Daniel Glass‘s film looks like he played some Varsity and Junior Varsity last year. He is a dynamic athlete who played running back and defensive back. At running back he shows he is a good runner who hits the hole well. He also catches the ball well out of the backfield. At defensive back, he showed good coverage skills and ball skills. He had three interceptions on the year. Glass also showed good skills as a returner. Glass is a talented player and I am excited to see his progress next year.
Highlights
DaZarie Carson
DaZarie Carson
DaZarie Carson has limited film from Freshman or Junior Varsity playing time, but he showed he is a legit running back with a bright future. Every time he touches the ball he can take it to the house for a touchdown. He has elite speed and when he gets into the open field he is gone. Carson also hits the hole well and is a tough physical runner. Carson has a chance to be a really good player next year for Erie Cathedral Prep.
Omario Boatwright Omario Boatwright 5’8″ | 165 lbs | RB Farrell | 2027 State PA played linebacker last year for Farrell and he played it at a high level. He has good instincts at the linebacker position and does a nice job of reading and reacting to the play and then coming upfield. He reads his keys well and then triggers those keys to come upfield to make the tackle. Boatwright is a good tackler, who especially tackles well in the open field. Boatwright is also a good athlete and can chase plays all over the field. I am excited to see him play next year because I think he can be a contributor on offense as well as running back.
Aaron Pegues Aaron Pegues 5’11” | 160 lbs | QB Farrell | 2027 State PA played both Varsity and Junior Varsity as quarterback last year. Pegues is raw as a quarterback and his footwork can sometimes, be misplaced, but once his feet are set he throws a good ball. He does a nice job on his 1st read and getting rid of the ball on time. The ball will sail sometimes, but overall he throws a good ball. Where Pegues excels is when the play breaks down. He does a great job keeping his eyes downfield and finding receivers open. Pegues flashed some good skills and if he progresses as a player he should have a good chance at starting at Varsity next year.
Aidan Marshall Aidan Marshall 5'9" | ATH Farrell | 2027 State PA
Aidan Marshall Aidan Marshall 5'9" | ATH Farrell | 2027 State PA
Aidan Marshall Aidan Marshall 5’9″ | ATH Farrell | 2027 State PA is an elite athlete who played defensive end for Farrell last year. He is super athletic and uses that trait to create chaos in the backfield for the offense. Marshall’s 1st step out of his stance is explosive and that helps him get an edge on the offense. Even though he is on the smaller size for a defensive end, Marshall is a physical and tough tackler. Marshall is so explosive off the edge that he even blocked two punts by coming off the edge to make the blocks. I am excited to see how Marshall does next season after he learns more technique and fundamentals to play the position.
