With Jensen set to return for his senior season, he becomes a player worth watching closely, as anticipation builds to see the extent of his development over the offseason.

Nelson assumed full control of the Tiger offense this past season, and his growth was evident as the season progressed. He exhibited a confident command of his reads, delivering big time throws when the team needed them the most. Nelson evolved into a player the team could rely on in challenging situations, showcasing his ability to make the correct decisions. Particularly lethal in play action, Nelson manipulated defenders, luring them into the run before launching the ball over their heads for big gains. His accuracy and composure under pressure were standout features, consistently finding ways to connect with his playmakers. As the team looks to him once again for leadership, there’s no doubt that Nelson will rise to the challenge with his demonstrated skill set and decision-making skills.
